Odd WDW music question

On the WDW official site there is a song that immediately starts up on the homepage....it is only about 15 seconds long but I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find the whole piece. I really like it and wanted to use it for my wedding. I think they added it when the Year of a Million Dreams was announced. Any help would be appreciated...thanks!!

I think the music is from the soundtrack to the movie "Return to Neverland".

I think it's actually from the 2003 live action version of Peter Pan.
Its a song called Flying.
