Odd Trading Request

Today when i went to the VMK Esplanadae I had a trading request pop-up to see if they wanted to trade my cheer leading shirt for something and than this is what they said.

Is this a weird trade request or what?

this happens to me every once and a while. I juat ignore the trade and or person.
