My daughter had received some of the Sims games for Christmas. They were all installed and running properly when I needed to run restore. She picked up another Sims game today (Superstar) so I grabbed her Double Deluxe and tried to install the game again on the computer. Seemed simple enough.
For some odd reason, this game will NOT install!! After numerous attempts, I called EA tech support and the gentleman walked me through the install process. Still, no luck!
He had me explore the software.....somehow, the setup installation program is no longer on the software. How in the world would that happen?? 
We had no problem installing it the first time out but now, he can only figure I have a bad disk, need to send it back to them and they will replace it. Still doesn't answer the question of "Where'd it go?!!"
