Odd question

I got the 2011 Vacation planning DVD and saw a short clip of a restaurant that appears to have a water running right outside the window. Can anyone identify the location? Looks lovely, want to check it out.....I know scant info to go on, but figured someone around here might know. TIA!

Was the water running as in off rocks like a waterfall? Or like a river? Was it evening or daytime?
I have a few ideas of what it might be.

Possibly at WL, AKL, or maybe the QS at Japan.
