odd message from an ebay sale

On 10-4-14 I sold a jacket on ebay

I wasnt getting the payment or any kind of message from the person

I tried twice to message them what was going on

I was going to try once more otherwise I was going to contact ebay

So I sent a message that said I havent heard anything from you or got paid for the jacket just let me know whats going on

so this is the message I got back

"BrUh BruH I h4d lOcked ^My 8ah Ju5t BOnd3d Out ___"

theres a small 100 on the line

I dont text so I dont know if these are some sort of abriavtions of some sort

or this guy is a nut!!!!--he only has 7 feedbacks

I dont know what to make of this--any clues on what this means

I think I still might just report it to ebay and relist the jacket

File a non paying bidder claim and let them deal with it.

How in the world do you know that????? There's no way I could have even come close to that. lol

OP I would just file non-paying bidder and leave it up to eBay.

I translated the same. That said I'd still file non paying bidder. I don't think you will see a payment.

That is what I read, he is in jail and it cost a 100 to bail him out. File for non payment.

Its funny as I was typing my first post I was thinking that this has something to do with him being in jail!!!

and Im for sure filing a claim with ebay

its funny this is the 2nd time in about 3 weeks that I had to file a claim for non payment

the first was for a book after the time was up she sends me a message saying she already bought the book and didn't need to buy mine anymore

gee thanks I thought

oh well that's the way it goes sometimes
