Odd Club Level question

We are looking at a trip for late Jan or early Feb 2013 either staying at CR or the Poly. We want to stay CL, but there just don't seem to be any reservations available during that time frame. Do those rooms get released later? I noticed that GF and AKL have tons available. Any insight?
