Mmmmm, I love fried bologna, never had it with french toast, but why not? I can't really think of anything unusual, but my kids love breakfast food for supper, just last night we had Mickey Mouse waffles, bacon, eggs & cheese grits (It's a southern thang ).

A long, long time ago, before I went by the name grinningghost, I asked what grits were on the Community Board. Man, if I remember correctly, that thread went on forever. I never even ATE a grit, but I sure know what they are.

I don't eat weird food at breakfast.

I am not a big breakfast person...I like Eggs Benedict but that is about it. One time in college I woke up starving...

So I ate a bucket of Ben and Jerry's LOL! To this day..that was the best tasting breakfast!

I'll eat eggs and turkey bacon...typical breakfast stuff, but I really like to eat leftovers for breakfast. Today I had cheesy cauliflower and chicken casserole for breakfast.

When I was little my mom would make peanut butter and bacon on toast sandwiches for breakfast...I'm a vegetarian now, so I use the soy bacon, but it's still delicious!

I haven't had fried bologna since I was a kid. That sure brings back a lot of great memories. Anyway, if I could pick anything w/o worry about carbs it would have to be a waffle with extra crunchy peanut butter. The waffle would have to be really hot so the peanut butter would melt a little bit. Yum Yum

My wierdest things are on Christmas morning I always eat chcolate from the stockings before going to my parents house for our real breakfast. And usually the day after my kids birthday parties I always have left over cake for breakfast.

I've been a Southerner all my life and even I'm not sure what a grit is. I only know that cheesy ones are da bomb.

Favorite wierd breakfast food? Leftover barbacoa burrito with all the fixin's from Chipotle's. Yum yum!

Eggs and rice? Eeew...
But it does remind me of one of my favorite comfort foods that I sometimes fix for dinner. A can of Campbell's Chunky Beef Stew (minus about half the water) over rice. Yum yum.

I love fried eggs, but can only eat them on top of white toast. Don't know why, but I just can't eat the eggs alone, or even separate from the toast. Drives DH nuts!
