Just thought I would post my recent experience booking a room with CRO.
We are going up for 1 night, staying at BC. We are going just for the night because friends of ours will be staying for the week, and we wanted to spend some time with them.
Well, I mentioned to the CM that we were meeting some friends there. She wanted to know how many were in our friends party for Grand Gathering stuff. I'm honestly not sure how many are in their party, pretty sure them plus us would give us over 8. But anyway, I wasn't sure, so I told the CM I wasn't sure. She said she couldn't book my room without that information or she would lose her job. What? I have never heard that before.
I asked her to forget I told her we were meeting friends, and she said she couldn't do that. So finally I just said our friends were staying off property.
I couldn't believe they weren't going to book my room. Anyone else have that kind of experience?
Anyway, have a good night everyone.

I think Disney has so many employees they cant give all of them the training they need to have good customer service skills. My best advice is to politely say "thank you. I need to think about it" and call back and talk to another CM.
