Odd Bath and Body Works email coupon

Got a different type of coupon from Bath and Body in my email today, well in one of my emails. It is a coupon for $10 off of $40, but only good at select stores. Weird. One of my stores is on there so it is good to go, but that is the first I have ever seen of a coupon like that.
