October weather and MNSSHP

What is the weather usually like during the first 2-3 weeks in October? Does it cool off enough at night to wear a heavy costume?? I have a Pooh costume from a few years ago and it's really warm. Would I be too hot in it??

It's still quite hot. I was Cruella, DH was a Pirate - we were both very uncomfortable 2 years in a row. After the sun went down it got better but not much.

It's still very hot. Most years we get a little 'cool' snap for a few days in October but that only means it's in the lower eighties rather than the high eighties or nineties.
