OCTOBER WAITLIST Support Group...

Right now I have BWV pool for 10/7&8, then 10/9 in a standard, then back to pool for 10/10-10/15. I have the 9th on a waitlist. I am hopeful, but I guess moving won't be as bad if it is in the same resort.

Anybody know what the very last day is for being able to book/when I should stop stalking the website?

Just tried. (Today is 9/24 & it's about 7:30 AM Central). I can book online for tomorrow night, but not for tonight. Today is grayed out on the calendar.

My best guess is that I could book to stay tonight, but I'd either have to call MS or the resort directly to do it. Good luck to you!

Just wanted to mention, I'm still here, still waiting. My waitlist will end in about 2 weeks now. I got a call from dvc ms welcome team today. I guess something new. Wanted to know if I need any assistance. We chatted awhile and talked about the waitlist. She said she was truly amazed that my one night waitlist never got filled. She looked and said its been 6 months. She was more upset than I was, because I've come to accept it. She said while waitlist don't always happen, a one night one not being filled was rare considering how long I've been on the list. I told her I'll start stalking on Monday October 15th when the 7 day ends, but leaving on a cruise that day, so won't be able to stalk again until we get back on October 21st. Will have my daughter check at the front desk the night before and/or morning of. If it doesn't happen, then they will bunk with us and my bff for the night.

Nothing happened for us either. Our wait list expires on Thursday, it's for 10/13. We never even got the call from a welcome team. Sigh.

I suppose it's possible people may get nervous about Matthew and make some cautious cancellations, but I am not going to bring the negative karma on myself for hoping for that.

Im sorry to hear you didn't get your waitlist. Are you going to continue to stalk daily at least? I didn't get my waitlist in August either for ONE night and had to do a split stay, but it was only the first night. Have a great trip.
