October waitlist at Vero?

We have a trip booked currently - oct 26-nov 2 split stay Kidani 1 br and BWV 1 br. We have a waitlist for the week in a 1 br at Vero. Is Vero as popular as the Wdw resorts in oct? is a waitlist for that time of year about as likely as BCV? Never have been to Vero and not sure of their popular times.

It could be the type of accommodation you are wait listed for. I'm a little surprised to hear that the 1 bedrooms are all gone as we were there the first week of October last year and the resort was only about 1/3 full.

It may be that all of the 1 bedrooms are all gone but not other categories. Inn Rooms are the most plentiful by far at VBR. You may want to expand your search to a studio, Inn Room or 2 bedroom if going is important enough to you.

I just recently waitlisted vero beach 10/13-15 and it came through in 2 days.
I was able to book garden view but waitlisted the ocean view. I felt like there was a lot if availability when I booked this just over a week ago.
