I love this post, its what I call "October Fest"

OMG it is getting soooooooo close, I cant believe it. The day is actually almost here. 6 days. I've done the countdown from 274 days, and now its only 6. Im stunned.

I also have reservations for Ariels Grotto next week while im there. I have heard mixed reviews on the place. I will post a travel report when I get back about how good or aweful it was.

As for everyone else!!! HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!

Yay! Doing the single-digit mambo! We'll be in CA from October 5th thru the 15th staying in San Clemente Beach for 7 days--3 days at Disney, 1 day at Knotts, and then 4 days in Parker at the Colorado River before heading back to AZ. I'm going into full-blown packing stress mode but getting very excited! I can't wait to see all the fall decorations at the park.

we will be there oct.16th-25th staying at the laquinta inn and suites. We have tickets to fantasmic on the 21st for the 10:30show and tickets for mickeys halloween treat on the 22nd. Also legoland and seaworld. Its our first trip!!

Got my tickets yssterday from Fed Ex too - very excited - I tried to chase down the Fed Ex truck - but it wouldn't stop - had to drive to the depot to pick them up - but it was worth it!!!!

A couple people asked about Ariel's - we were a little surprised about the limited choices - just a few things to choose from - and it already comes in a package (pay $20++ for entree, appetizer, dessert) - once we got past that shock - what we ordered was very good...

It is almost that time - I can't wait - 18 days to go!!!!

We will be there Oct. 13-18th, staying at the Shearaton Park. We are going to buy AP's while we are there so we have an excuse to go back next year!

Oct 23rd-27th staying at PP. It will be quite a trip. There's 4 adults and my nephew who's 2. My sister and I are 25/26 and we may be on our own at times while my sister and her husband stay with my nephew (who's actually 40" tall with shoes so he can get on most of the rides, but I doubt his energy will let him keep up). My older sisters birthday is the 23rd, mine is the 24th so it's going to be interesting trying to do both of them and Disneyland at the same time. (Any tips on cakes or birthday dinners without spending too much would be helpful). I've heard you can get birthday pins and even though we're older we love Disney everything so we'll atleast do that.

Who doesn't get Churros?

There are three foods I never miss. Chicken and chilli fries at the Golden Horseshoe (I'll go there for lunch on my birthday), icecream cones for the fireworks and churros when waiting in line for the Haunted Mansion. Disneyland wouldn't be the same without those...

Maybe there's 4, clam chowder for dinner while waiting for fantasmic..

Hi Everyone! We leave Fri & fly into Ontario via SLC. DH arrived yesterday, and will have us checked into the DLH before coming to the airport. Dollar Tree was stocked up on Disney items today- picked up Tink spiral journals for DD's 9 , 12 , 14 and pencils, post its, Mermaid velvets, stamps,etc. Useful on the plane, I hope.

We each have a packing list and start tonight!

Can't wait for my 1st Trip Ever Pin!

I will be there October 20-21 doing DL on friday and DCA on Saturday..
I MUST BE CRAZY!!!
And ill be staying at the days inn anaheim west, has anyone ever stayed there???
