2)Why is he hugging Figaro? Because Figaro was his cat
3)What film did he appear in? Pinocchio (with Figaro)
4)Where was the picture taken? This was taken in Main St USA in Disneyland Paris. I agree with Tony that there are not many visual clues but most of you picked the right place. We had waited ages to see Geppetto and kids just kept mobbing him (love the lack of line systems in Paris!) and then Geppetto spotted Figaro and pushed his way past the children so he could give Figaro a hug.
