October or November, what do you think?

Okay guys, once again I call upon the help of my fellow dis-ers for assistance. It's time to plan my next DisneyWorld vacation. What is better regarding crowd level, October or November? I went in November a few years ago and the weather was incredible and the crowds were gone , but I'm wondering if October is even better?? I don't want the weather to be too cold, and it was pretty chilly in November. Somebody help me out here please!!!

Weather-October still pretty active hurricane season, crowd level high during holiday week (columbus day week). Last week of Oct. after weekend crowd level was very low last year.

November crowd level prior to Vet's day weekend is low as well as prior to thanksgiving and weather a little more cooler (and hurricanes/tropical weather really probability really drops).

We were in WDW the week before Halloween last year, very busy early on because hurricane Wilma threatened the SW FL coast so many evacuated there, once it really hit the east coast (where we live), we refugeed up there to get some electricity and running water. When we first got there it was very busy but after the weekend the crowds really dropped. Halloween was fun and the weather was nice

We went in the third week of October last year. Crowds were fantastic in the mornings, a little crowded in the afternoons. The weather was pretty hot. High 80's in the afternoons.

We are going Oct 6-14 and have a similar question. When you say crowds are big during "the Columbus Day week" do you mean the week before or the week after Columbus Day?

Hi, we're going Oct 22-28 and I was wondering the same thing. We had thought about "Jersey week" but I changed the plans to October when I heard that it gets quite crowded then.
