October/November AP rates

From past history does anyone know when AP rates might come out for late Oct/early Nov? and what they usually run? Thanks!

APH Rates are available up to October 5th.

You may have some problems with getting APH rates during HHN. I believe they blocked many of the weekends last year if I remember right. I think it was late summer before the rates for Nov. came out.
