October hours

Yeah, AK and Epcot will be exactly the same, regular hours wise. It never changes.

MGM...depends on how many Fantasmics they have on a given night, but sure a hour, here or there.

MK is always the wild card and jackskellingtonsgirl pointed out. You can't accurately predict which days Wishes and Spectro will be. You can't accurately predict what EMH will be like with MNSSHP thrown in. The crowds...shouldn't be a deciding factor into whether to release hours or not.

EMH is what I want to know, specifically to avoid MK PM EMH and to definitely hit MK AM EMH. I definitely hope that they don't pull a fast one like they did on my June trip and have double PM EMH and only an AM EMH here and there. The more AM EMH there is, the happier I am.
You mean they do more than 1 Fantasmic per night? I didn't know that.

There are SOME days where there may be 2 Fantasmics. Maybe 7pm and 10pm if the MGM hours are later, but usually that's on Saturdays or during a very busy time. But you can't count on it. But it does happen from time to time.

These are hours e-mailed to me from the Disney website. They do NOT contain extra magic hours.

Magic Kingdom® Park: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Disney-MGM Studios: 9:00am - 8:00pm
Epcot®: 11:00am - 9:00pm
Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Disney's Blizzard Beach: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon: 10:00am - 6:00pm

So if a CM can e-mail these hours to you, why the heck can't they load the whole month up on the website?

Now every person subscribed to this thread COULD conceivably e-mail Guest Services asking for the hours for their dates. Maybe we should. Maybe that will get them in gear enough to just post it rather than dealing with 100s of e-mails about the same stuff.

Magic Kingdom® Park: 9:00am - 6:00pm

This is only correct for the nights of MNSSHP. Other nights will be different. No idea how different, LOL....but probably 10pm on Saturday and 8:00 on a non-Spectro night and 9:00pm on Spectro nights (Monday?).

I'm most curious about the EMH schedule :)

They probably aren't listed yet because october may be a slow month. Maybe they figure people don't care as much as the summer. Its already August 4th. I'm going in less than 2 months and I wanna know already!

OK, I made my final payment and our trip is paid for! I think they really owe me October hours now!!

My computer has been down for the last two days. I have been in an utter panic thinking I was missing the hours. I should have known. It's a cruel, cruel joke :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc:

So are those hours definitely the right hours for that week? We can trust those hours?

I am going crazy without knowing the October hours. We will be there from October 2nd till the 6th and then we depart on our first Disney cruise (just DH and I!). All my my PS have already been made but this is driving me N-U-T-S! I am so glad to have disboards so I don't feel alone because I am going crazy! :confused3

MK closes at 6:00pm? Maybe on MNSSHP nights but they should be open later other nights, especially Saturday.

Epcot opens at 11:00am? Doesn't sound right. WS opens at 11:00am, but FW should open at 9:00am.

I would trust them for MGM, AK and Epcot (but opening at 9:00am) because they are the same as last year. MK on non-MNSSHP nights should be later and it does not show nights for Spectro or Wishes. Keep in mind Disney reserves the right to change the hours right up to the date and they often do (especially MK).

The hours are out.... :cool1: oh wait I saw them for last year...sorry... :rotfl2:

I was there last year for the first two weeks of October and the MK didn't close til 9pm even in the middle of the week. I just checked my itinerary from last year and MK seemed to be open til 9pm all nights but MNSSHP nights.

This is my very first post to these boards. :) I just discovered this site a few days ago and am already addicted. I have been watching for the October hours since July (didn't know what type of posting schedule Disney keeps). I was delighted/relieved to find out that I am not the only one who has been going crazy waiting for those hours!! ;)

(Think Annie)
The hours will come out . . . tomorrow . . .

Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow . . . there'll be hours . . .

sing it with me now: Tomorrow . . . Tomorrow . . . The hours will be out tomorrow . . .
