After September 29, Extra Magic Hour will be available every day, during a hotel stay, according to this schedule: Disneyland Park on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and Disney California Adventure Park on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I don't see it posted under World of Color like it is all of September (I am going the 1st week of Oct.). I also clicked on daily scHedule and it isn't there. DH will be happy, but I have never seen it and was planning to this time.
I really hope the calendar is not complete. I would love to have a Thursday Fantsmic like last year.

Maybe its my laptop? I think its time to go upstairs and try kicking my husband off the computer in the home office and trying it on the PC. Disney planning is more important than work, right?

AACCKK! That's horrible for us! We have 3 day park hoppers and are going Sun, Mon and Tues. I booked Monday night at the DH especially so that we could use our park hopper MM on Sunday and then get early entry again on Tuesday!!! (we can't afford all three nights at DH so we're staying at BWPPI the first two nights)

Does this mean I can't use my MM on any morning except the one I'd be getting the day anyway? I'll be sooooooo upset if this is true!!!!

Don't forget that if you do a pre-check-in to the DLH, you can get your room key at say, 6:00 AM(or later, depending on which Monday you are talking about and what time DCA opens), and do an early entry to DCA. That way, you'll get three early mornings--one with the park hopper and two with the hotel.

Don't forget that if you do a pre-check-in to the DLH, you can get your room key at say, 6:00 AM(or later, depending on which Monday you are talking about and what time DCA opens), and do an early entry to DCA. That way, you'll get three early mornings--one with the park hopper and two with the hotel.

That was totally my plan! EE all three morning we're there! And it will work especially well if Monday, my moving morning is a 10 am opening. But it looks like I won't be able to use my MM from my park hopper on the Sunday like I'd planned!! What a bummer!

I'm really confused by the calendar now. Nothing is loading on my laptop, but I can get Sept 30 on my IPad. It's not showing Oct on the drop down, but if I hit next on the Sept 30 daily schedule it goes to Oct 1. So weird.

I would keep your hopes up. The DCA-only Sunday doesn't sound right and may be an error on an incomplete schedule. But who knows, by the time we go, we might be able to pick either park for our PH MM (maybe I'm just dreaming).

It has been common every month that when the DLR calendar first is published that they publish the park hours first. Then the fill in entertainment over time. No one should get too alarmed about entertainment or lack thereof.

Also, for some reason the calendar has acted strangely when at first like many are reporting. It will not work on some browsers. Clicking on a day in the schedule causes a different day to load. I noticed this myself last night.

Things will solidify in the next week or so.

Sigh. The first week they open so late. It's such a bummer for us who are already coming from a timezone 2 hours ahead. By the time they open, it's already almost naptime.

That typical off-season opening time and consistent with past Octobers. Should not be a surprise to anyone.

Where did you actually find this info posted? Haven't seen them actually say the days anyhwere...

The DL calendar does mention "Starting September 30, registered Resort hotel Guests will have Extra Magic Hour access to one park according to the early admission schedule." ... but it doesn't mention distribution of days. But then on the Oct calendar it shows the change for Sundays to DCA
