October Hours

Really...when are they going to post the rest of octobers hours....the last day they have posted has 9 am to 9pm and that does not seem to be the norm...can anyone tell me why that day has longer hours?

I would suspect it is due to the new Halloween venues offered this year like the fireworks themed for Halloween. Also, crowds at DLR during October have grown in the last few years. Utah and Arizona have a significant amount of time off from school during this time. My own kid's school district takes the last week of October off, and I am in California (about 1 1/2 hours away).

Well booked my character breakfeast for the 22 and asked about hours...fopr the 20 to the 28 9 to 9 except for weekends...

said only fireworks on weekends....had nothing about during the week?

I hope that this correct and the hours for Thursday, the 22nd will be 9-9. The DLR website just posted the hours for Thursday, the 15th and they are 9-11 p.m. ! I know there is a Trick or Treat party that night so that might explain the extended hours at DL, but 11:00 closing on a weekday.......Wow! Because Thursday, the 22nd is also a MToT party night, I'm hoping that the hours for that night won't be until 11 p.m. If the extra ones are because of the party, then I understand that, but I'm hoping it's not due to anticipating huge crowds.

The 15th is during our trip and when I saw the extended hours I didn't know if I should jump for joy or be worried about the crowd.

I think I'll jump for joy because at least I will be at Disneyland!!!

We are going on the 15th also. I called to make an ADR for Naples yesterday and the CM was shocked that the park was open late that night.

She even checked with her manager and came back and said to keep an eye on the posted hours cause they could change?

I am happy..Even if it is a bit crowded..With planning and Fast pass we should manage too hit everything with that long of a day.

We plan to arrive at opening!
