October Group Reservation - Last Chance!!! - Gone!!!

OK, have had cancelations for Halloween Weekend. If you contact me TODAY Monday, 9/21, and book by Tuesday , 9/22, you can still get in. On Wednesday, I will close out the reservation and release the unused sites.

Here is what I have available:

10/24 - 11 sites
10/25 - 11sites
10/26 - 10/27 - 10 sites
10/28 - 6 sites
10/29 - 1 site
10/30 - 10/31 - 2 sites

This is a Premium site for $58 + tax per night

Carol, I just want to thank you for doing all this work. It must not have been easy. I do have a question thou, if you cancel all those days, will we still have enough for a group reservation?

Yes, the minimum is 10 sites for 1 night of the block. We have well exceeded that.

I'll have to read back through my contract to see how cancellations later affect anything.

Our actual numbers reserved for each night are as follows:

October 24, 25 - 9 sites
October 26, 27 - 10 sites
October 28 - 14 sites
October 29 - 19 sites
October 30, 31 - 23 sites

Then past the group reservation - 10 sites are booked as stayovers on November 1st.

Since I was willing to give up a group ressie so someone else could camp as I had a regular ressie. I am now taking a group ressie since one is still available.

I took 10/28 to 11/1.

Revised site availability is now:

I hate to say it but if "You Snooze, You Lose". I may as well save some quan if no one else wants to.

I will cancel my regular ressie once I get confirmation of the above ressie.

I also know of at least 8 - 10 diferrent families that are booked outside of this group reservation. So we're gonna have a GREAT time!!!
