October Exercise Challenge

Did my 5 mile walk today plus strength training for a total of 86 minutes. Brings me to 1171/1400.
 
Oh boy, another 140 minutes for me thanks - 2x 1hr walks and some play time in the park with my dog! Now that is fun!!! :cool1:

Total 1105/900 - made the 1000 mark!! :banana:
 
Hello! Here to put in 100 more minutes. That puts me to 690/700. Just went on vacation, so no true exercise classes, just tons of walking, swimming, water park for 8 hours, keeping kids on tubes, tubing behind a boat, walking, walking, walking. I had no idea how much time to log, but I LOST 2.2 lbs, so feel I get to count exercise since I couldn't have lost it just with diet this week!

I still have 10 min. to go to reach goal. I am actually shocked that I did this well. The even more shocking thing is...I LIKE one of my exercise classes. I don't like all of them yet LOL, but it is a start.

Keep on moving everybody!

90 min for saturday and 65 min for sunday new total 1395/1500
 
I got a lot of exercise in this week and this weekend so I am at 744/1000. I probably still won't make goal but I am going to get closer than I thought I would! :)
 
Got 30 minutes in on the elliptical, and two sessions of strength training for 50 minutes. Glad I got that done before I discovered the celebrity watching on the other thread!! Brings my total to 1251/1400. Where's the November challenge? :rolleyes1

Im going to stop keeping track of my time. Seems Im always at the gym doing either a class, weights, treadmill, etc. I know Im headed in the right direction. Good luck everyone

OK - the last addition for me for October - 45 more minutes!! I will have to raise the bar for November, I think!!

I'm up to 1535/1600 with a day to go...
Since I haven't been on the boards the last several days, that breaks down to: 90 minutes on Thursday, 80 on Friday, 30 on Sunday and another 75 today -- a nice mix of weights and cardio all around.
Almost there!

Yay!! Had to make myself leave the boards to exercise. Gotta keep looking for clues, but MUST exercise!! Did 50 minutes with the TM and 30 minutes strength training bringing my total to 1330/1400!!
 
I walked this morning--it was gorgeous with all the fall colors!

My monthly stats: 715/500

50 minute walk yesterday puts me at 650/1000. I may get in something today, but not even gonna come close on the challenge this month - Bummer! :sad2:

OK..47 minutes with Leslie and 30 minutes strength training brings me to 1407/1400. I like it much better when I easily go over than busting my buns to make my goal!!! :lmao: Thanks, Julie!! See ya next month!! :sunny:
