Typically when do Oct discounts come out?

I'm also waiting for the AP rates. Right now they are out until September, so I'm hoping in April they might release a date further out.. I'm just guessing because it seem that they extend the AP rates right before the Mickey Monitor comes out. ( I could be wrong, just a pattern that I have noticed)
We went in Oct of 2000, and we had an AP rate for Dxl Landings.
