October Colorful & Fantastic Fall Exercise Challenge!!!


Nothing for me yesterday. Today, 8 mile run, plus a mile total walking for warm up and cool down. Then after 4 hours sitting in the car (hello every muscle in my body tightening up) some hiking about in Vermont leaf peeping:)

2 hours total for the day bringing me to 580/1500.
 
Lots of minutes reported the last 2 days!

Only 2 months 1 week until Florida! I'm getting excited.
 
Thanks, everyone! Excited to put up a good time, partially because I'm doing Wine & Dine Half next month. Less pressure to worry about time, so I hope to just take it easy and enjoy the atmosphere.

48-minute run this morning with fiancee and dog. We've started running in a field near our house, so we let the dog off the leash and he just races around us the whole time. He probably travels the farthest of any of us :)
