October Colorful & Fantastic Fall Exercise Challenge!!!

I got in a nice run this morning, loving the New England weather this week and I have to enjoy it while it lasts. Before I know it I'll be complaining of the cold and my fluids freezing while I'm out for long runs:)

Ran- 32 minutes (3.4 miles)
Walked (warm-up and cool down) 16 minutes
Strength Training - 32 minutes

80 minutes total to get me to 460/1500.

Kids have a 4 day weekend starting tomorrow. I am determined to get at least two quality days of training in. 5 weeks from Avengers Weekend tomorrow!

We're having the same thing here in NY - the weather is perfect for running now, but I'm pretty sure we're only a few weeks away from "why am I going out running its too cold!!"

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. Went for a run with my fiancee yesterday and a quick shakeout run today before a half-marathon Saturday. Everything seems to be in working order. Contacted the police too, and they were as helpful as can be. But if the driver does anything like that again, maybe it'll flag him.

I did the usual 60 minute walk yesterday.

I'll try to post my time for today this evening, since we're going to the beach, WOOT, early tomorrow morning. My exercise for vacation will be posted on Monday the 19th. The people we're going with are the touristy type, so should get a lot of walking time and long hikes.
