I think part of having a wedding is "running behind" on a lot of different things! I started planning around April 2007 and I thought, I'll be done EVERYTHING so far ahead of time, it will be great. That didn't work out to plan
The stuff that's left is all easy!
I still need to micromanage for FL:
*Make appointment to get dress fitted, then get the dress fitted.
*Make sure DM gets her dress fitted.
*Buy shoes for the wedding day.
*Find slippers for when the shoes I buy start to make my feet hurt.
*Decide which part I'm going to spend my governmental rebate check on.
*Buy a veil.
*Send out more save the dates to the "B" list, but make sure they don't know they're "B" list.
*Finish up the wording for the ceremony.
*Umm, change my cake now that we might have cake choices!!
*Change the time that we're using the limo for the 19th time.
*WEDDING LICENSE!!
*Dance Lessons
*Decide what I want to do for my bachelorette party (MOH is letting me pick PARTY or SPA).
*Help plan my "surprise" shower.
*Give DF a loving nudge about the tuxes.
*Make ADR for FMIL... why is this my job??
*Reserve the Breathless Boat as a gift for my parents.
*Send out wedding invitations.
*Eat lots n lots of chocolate to keep myself from becoming
We're having a "small reception" at home (for 120 people!) after we get back from our honeymoon, so I still need to

arty:
*Decide the menu and taste this food.
*Hope the caterer's cake doesn't suck so I don't have to find a bakery.
*Find a cosmetologist and hair person here.
*Buy wine and beer.
*Make up the list of the "do not play or our guests will throw things at you" list for our dj.
*Our one friend (a very serious dentist) will be singing a kareoke version of "Baby got Back" for us as part of a wedding present, and we have to make sure that will be ok with the DJ.
*Convince DM that rectangular tables are just as good as circular tables.
*Pick out table cloths.
No problem
