Heck, I will trade all 4 A&E on 10/20 if someone has 2 A&E on 10/19 between 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm arrival times (I have 2 from 12:30-1:30 and need 2 more that overlap with that time slot)

I also have 1 SDMT on 10/19 at 1:40-2:40 that I would trade for an A&E with overlapping times stated above

We just got back. I just wanted to make sure everyone knows that if you have a FP+ you are willing to switch out for either A&E and 7DMT that you should stop and check every time you pass a FP+ kiosk while you are in MK. They do pop up. We had 7DMT pop up for a 4th FP one day, and we actually released 3 A&E 30 minutes before they were going to kick in yesterday. The CM said someone was probably thrilled that they were popping up for them right then. She said 7DMT and A&E will pop up here and there through the day and people are always so excited when they do that it makes her day (which I am sure it does with all the people they have to deal with that are unhappy in that area. We saw a lot of not so happy people and CMs trying to push the party line that "FP+ is so much better than the old paper system we used to have even though it is not perfect").

I only saw them at the kiosk, and based on our experience with the app in the parks if you want to swap out one of your 3, you are safer doing it at the kiosk. I tried to move a FP+ At EPCOT to an earlier time to try to get to my 4th faster, and it showed me the earlier time (11:00 I think), but when I hit confirm it moved us to 6:20 pm without even telling us it was switching the time. Totally messed up our day. They couldn't do anything to fix it at the kiosk either, they could find me an option to help some, but we were still worse off. The kiosks are your friend right now. As long as you don't go first thing in the morning the lines aren't that bad and they move fast.

I have a really silly question, many of you mention seeing a FB for 2 people or 3 people or 1 person. How do you see that? I go through my account and it will show things not available, do you just go directly through DisneyWorld website?
