October 6 Halloween party

We are going on October 6 to the halloween party. How is it looking for that night being a busy night?
We made reservations at the LTT for around 8:30 p.m. because there was nothing else available. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck going up to the podium at around 5:00 p.m. when they open for dinner and see if there have been any cancellations. Has that ever worked for anyone.? Eating at 8:30 is just too late.

We will be at MNSSHP on Oct 6th as well. I wouldn't think that it would be one of the busier times, but I don't know for sure.

We initially tried to get LTT for that evening as well, but 7pm was the best they could do. We ended up getting Crystal Palace at 4:30, so we'll be done eating in plenty of time to see the party start, and my DD can see the Pooh characters.

Dis'er MommyBoo has a spreadsheet that includes all our dates, resorts, as well as MNSSHP - you'll see plenty of us dis'ers heading to MK on the 6th!!

the day Disney announced tickets on sale for MNSSHP here on the Dis, people posted, as well as posted the hint on getting a PS (now called adr) for LTT - so we're there at 5...

I would be surprised if you could get a walk up for that day, or earlier than the time you're given.

Others have posted about either chosing to do a Counter Service, or eating at a resort (Ohana, or 1900 ParkFare) then going to MK...

We were going on october 13 and I had reservations at 5:30 because I know they book up fast but then we had to change the date so I took what I could get. Thanks...

Try going to a monorail resort for dinner around 5pm.
That is what we are doing for the OCT 2 party
I called yesterday and the only dinner times they had in the MK were after 8pm. I am not wasting valuable MNSSHP time to eat

We got lucky I guess. We're going to MNSSHP on 10/7 and got in LTT at 6:20 I was looking for something around 6 so we could be done before the first parade. Hopefully, that time works and we will be if not guess we'll just have to watch the later one.

Me too! Got our mnsshp tickets & made the adr back in April on the day the tickets became available. We will be at LTT at 5:30pm. I do not have a park ticket for that day so I hope we can still get in the park at 4 like I have heard.

My DH (yes that what he will be when we go) and I will be at the 10/6 event. We are eating at Cali Grill at 5:30 before heading back to the park. We'll have on our new home-made t-shirts with pooh dressed in halloween gear on them.
