October 4 closers: It took a while, but...

We now have THREE sets of permanent membership cards and TWO open ended tote bags. I had followed up a couple of times with MS in January and February, and, in the interests of customer service, it appears that MS diligently made sure that we would get our cards and the tote bags! Got our cards (alone) in middle of February, got a tote bag and another set of cards about 10 days ago via Fed Ex priority overnight and got another set of cards and a tote bag via US Mail today!

It took a little while, but that is great service and follow-up nevertheless! Hope the rest of the October 4th closers are as fortunate.

We got the same thing today. We had already gotten our tote bag and our license plate and today we came home to another tote bag and our plastic cards with an extra WLV pin. We also closed at OKW on October 4th.

Got one set today...no tote bag! Maybe tomorrow we'll get the bag and another set! We were in the 10/4 gang too....made 2 requests for cards.

I am art of the Oct. 4th gang. I got my cards just before we left for BWV March 15th. NO tote bag though !! No great sweat, as I know we wouldn't use the bag anyway!

Got my cards yesterday, but no tote. This really is starting to annoy me because I emailed them when I had requested my cards (for the third time) and specifically inquired about the tote. I promptly received a reply that stated I would receive both soon. Well, cards arrived without tote. I emailed them again last night asking them to please send me my tote; we will see what happens now.
