We are planning on going on Monday, October 31 (Halloween) to Islands of Adventure with the goal of visiting Harry Potter for my husbands birthday. We are then going to Emeril's for dinner. How do you think the crowds will be that day?

It shouldn't be too bad at IOA but CityWalk could get pretty busy that night...as it usually is.
