Still here......busy with end of school year activities for the kids. Here in NJ our schools are in until June 25!!!!!! We might as well go all Summer (not like we're having the best weather anyway) LOL

I'm still here, but with all the chats (seems like 7 days a week), there is not much to say on the boards anymore.
But today I will wish all of us Dad's a happy Fathers Day.

There's not, but we need to chat some on here to make sure we keep this thread near the top for those that might just be looking for us. Need to make sure they know just how active and organized we are!!!

I am still here but it has crazy the last couple days have been crazy with end of school year stuff!

Well, I still have not received my preliminary info from Disney like everyone else go. I keep forgetting to contact my TA. I better put that on my must do's!

My TA is still in China .... she's coming home at midnight tonight, so hopefully, I will hear something about mine soon.

Hi all-

I was here for a little while and signed up for fish extenders and some other fun things. Just wanted to let everyone who is in charge of the lists that we need to cancel. We have indirectly been affected by this terrible economy. We have an investment property that the tenants have decided that leases mean nothing and have got up and left leaving us in quite a predicament. It's been a little while now and until we can get it rented again (which we are finding out is veerry difiicult in this economy), we are losing quite a bit of money each month and this has set us back. We just can't swing a cruise right now. I hope each and every one of you have a WONDERFUL time!!

Hello all,
This is my first post and will be my first Disney cruise (4th cruise). Have been reading threads all day and just came across this one. Maybe in a couple days, I will actually get through it all and see the many wonderful tips. Can't wait. Booked the air yesterday, so I'm into full planning mode. Coming with my husband, daughter 8, son 6, my parents, and grandma.

We got our puppy today. His name is Hans (pronounced the German way).

Just working up excitement for the cruise!

We booked our excursions in Cozumel and Grand Cayman today , made our final payment and booked airfare for the cruise. Also booked a 2 br at the Resort on Cocoa Beach for the night before, and Bay Lake Tower for the night after the cruise, not to mention Budget car rental! Looks like we are really going. Joining the FE goup too!

My DD 10 would like to join the kids chat, she is worrying about not knowing anyone . Could you give me the info on the kids chat?

Could I BE more excited?

(now I've got to work on that 20 pounds I SWORE I would lose)

That is fantastic!!! Since this is my first time on a Disney cruise, I was wondering do they have a walking group you can join on the cruise? I know not to many people want to really exercise on the cruise but I would like too.

I'm not sure about an organized walking group, but I do know that deck 4 goes all the way around the ship, and many people use that deck to exercise. I may use the fitness center while I'm there - as well as taking the stairs everywhere I want to go (even though my room is RIGHT in front of the elevators...).

I was just wondering on the exercises. Some of our cruisers walk, some bike, some run, and some do exercises on the Wii. We try to encourage each other on here as far as our exercise and weight loss goes.

Ummmmm ... I think our *sail* date is 131 days away .....

Stopping using days. That seems too far away still. I like weeks. It is 19. That is a much better number.
Think of it this way there are only 18 more Mondays at work, and since one of them is labor day, only 17.

We booked Bay Lake Tower for the night we get back from the cruise as well, along w/my mother-in-law & father-in-law!

The pool looks like a great place to chill out. We are planning a very low key day after the cruise (i.e. NO PARKS!).
