Make Beano take you somewhere nice tonight. :cheer2:
That would be the 5th anniversary of your 29th birthday???

I don't really want to dress up, but DD is 7 so she is still very into it. That is why Nani is perfect..I can wear normal cruise attire and be "in character"

happy birthday to you happy birthday to you happy birthday ronniejo happy birthday to you and many more... :cake: :bday: :thewave:

if any of you have a party city in your area, we went there today for costumes for pirate night and i found one complete for 12.99, no boots though but i really did not want the boots i figured i would wear sandals...

Go back to Party City and look at some of the other aisles that have accessories. That's where we went, and they had a ton of pirate stuff, including boot front thingies, eye patches, swords, bandanas, hair, etc.

Tarzanman and other fans of the over-the-door shoe holder: Right now me, DH and DD5.75 are in category 11 not split bathroom - will we benefit from packing one of these? Also, will we really need additional outlets if I am the only one using a hairdryer?

You would definitely benefit from one of these. It will save you space and keep things neat. Power strip (even a small one) is a good idea.

T-shirt snobs!!! AH HA HA HA!!! We will all be pointing at you and talking behind your back!!

it's not polite to point :rotfl2: besides I have a nice, quick comeback. Ask Beano.

RonnieJo- what happened to the weekend? where'd it go? I'm sure it was here somewhere. Maybe it slipped by when I was tending to a certain 12 year-old who hurt his foot when a concrete curb "jumped up out of nowhere and kicked him". I hate it when that happens. (he's ok now)

I'm getting freaked out now. Got word from some of his teachers: they only accept work for absences due to illness. 7 days out of school. :confused3 I know this isn't keeping him out if Harvard, but geez! (People here have there heads so far up their ..... - ok, Cheri, be nice)

and finally .......
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BLING-BLING BUSHWACKER BUDDY, Ronnie Jo! :cake: :bday:

Tenor,

i did also get some of the accessories not a bandana because we will get one at dinner and i have a pierced ear and will wear two hops in the holes are still open havent wore earrings in a while

:bday: Happy Birthday to both Ronnie Jo and Trevor! :bday:

To add to the "what do you do for a living" conversation, I am a payroll analyst/processor for a tri-state highway construction corporation, and DH is a Pit Boss for table games at the casino in Milwaukee.

Hace a great night :goodvibes

:cool1: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TREVOR!!!!:cool1:

Cheri - hope you can get that worked out for your son. I hate when the schools put such unreasonable restrictions on families. Where are the priorities in this world??? Frustrating. Guess he'll be sick for 7 days, huh...

I havent even told school yet..I will in october-actually it wouldnt surprise if KYLE told EVRYONE already..As for our school, I DID read the MANUEL and they only let 10 days go...Well Our 2 Disney trips will have him out for 11 total and thats not counting any other sick days etc..OH well~ We are NOT cancelling our trips~

Good Morning all!!!!

I advised DS school the first day of school however, he only misses 3 days as his school is off for the first week of November.

I advised DD teacher yesterday and she just said OK. I am not sure if we have any "rules" on how long the kids are out of school for. I know they where never pleased when I would advised then DD was missing school for a hockey tournament....lol

We have rented a car for St Marten. I think we might just explore it on our own. Has anyone done this?? Is it safe???

Hope you all have a great day.

Kim

Happy Birthday Trevor!

Hugs,

Kim - All I remember about St. Maarten is that the streets were narrow, and the taxi drivers acted like they were from New York... so just be careful! :moped:

'Beano'

Yikes....thanks for the info
Well I am going to buy all the insurance they offer and I put DH down as the driver :love2:

I just read on another post that someone going on the Oct 15th Magic has received her docs.....yaaaaa,

Does that mean I might get a room assignment soon :wizard: :wizard:

Hey,

I am new and am going on the October 29th sailing of the Disney Magic.

Sorry, it seems by the lenght of this thread, I have missed the "boat" on alot of the activities going on the ship.

When I have spoken with Disney Cruise Line, they only mention a little bit about what we are going on Halloween.

So... Pirate night - never heard of it.

So... Alternate dining - what's the scoop?

Trick or treat?

What else do I need to know???
( I thought I knew everything !!! )

Jackie
