also..did everyone get the list of names and addresses?? I was going to put it on my site for download then (DUH!) I thought that wasn't such a good idea....hmm..maybe I should lay off the drugs!!

Bets: I don't have the addresses!! Which I will need cause I don't know where my SS resides. OK - I know what city but...its a big world out there.

RJ- love the Christmas card! Picking mine up from Costco today. But next year at least wait until December to mail those!! GEEZ. A little early don't you think?

I can remember hoarding drugs back in my mac and cheese and raman noodle (10 for $1) days....especially when I didn't have insurance. I do not have the address list...so I guess I can PM you with my email address, or let me know what I need to do to receive it.

The week from hell is finally over!!!!!

Anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. But I lived through it... good thang my doc has me on new BP meds!!

Anyone else git their Castaway Club DVD? What's with that "horn" clip? Yikes! I gots better recordings of it than that! The other stuff is pretty cool though. But still...

You'll like MY DVD much better! And yes, I finally found time to send them out. So Cheri, Johnna, Luckey - you should have yours in a day or 2. You east coasters, maybe 4 or 5 days. Tenor, you're in the middle! Maybe 3 days fer yoo?

Let's see - kiss that pretty wife of yours, BBQ some big hunka meat and drink beer. One must keep life in perspective.

I can't wait to see your DVD!! Got the CC version. Not noticing it would not work on the TV - I put it in the DVD ma-sheen.....nuthin'. Talk about disappointed! Must remember to put it into the 'puter and check it out.

Let's see...I think Neil has poker night...Tonight? Tomorrow? Both? Can't remember. Bets...send drugs quickly. Um...Company Christmas party on Sunday. Lame day for a party. Can't find a babysitter. Party is at Stanford Univ in Palo Alto. Jeez could they get any further from Tracy? We need a babysitter from like 2pm to midnite. Good luck. So far, no takers. Guess Neil will have to go solo. Their parties kinda suck anyways.

Neil is off to see Luckey on Monday. I get to stay home. Maybe a secret trip to Disneyland....Make me stay home...ha!

I was talking to another mom who just came home from Disneyland. Neighbor just left...ok I digress.


She told me what they do regarding annual passes is this: go to a Disney store in So Cal and buy So Cal AP's. They have done this 4 years in a row and have never once been asked to show proof of residence. So VIOLA! They get APs for $99.

How smart is that? Or am I just way behind the curve on this one. Thinking about trying it. Deluxe So Cal pass for more weekend access of course.

HELLO - My Christmas shopping is over if this can be done!!-

Any thoughts? Anybody actually tried this approach?

Wow! I'm gonna see if Uncle Joe can snag us one of those annual passes then. I had mine before when Mom lived in Cali and the guy told me then that it was just the name of the pass but I still used her address.

And, hey I didn't get a DVD All I got was some triangular brown DCL car magnet. As if I'm gonna put that on my car. Yeah, right! We could take bets on how long it would last. I'm betting on 2 hours... I want a DVD. GIMMIE, GIMMIE, GIMMIE, pretty please?

In the interest of honest disclosure...there were actually 2 re-draws. I drew a name for Judit for someone to be her SS...and I uhhhh...drew...uhhhh....MISS JUDIT. So the re-draw. She said the same thing happened to her when she drew for Linda. She said Linda was Linda's secret santa....THAT won't work, so she re-drew for that one too.

OK....I really miss talking to everyone....I never seem to be on at the right times anymore.

That is very interesting about the pass....but wondering ifin it really is that easy...and if it was wouldn't everyone be doing it????? I don't know...keep me in the loop on that.

I MISS MY PEEPS ...I'd do the one that cries...but it seems to be MIA.....

Cheri: The people involved said once they got to D-land and went to the AP place to take the picture nobody ever asked to see ID or prove residence. So the pass does have their face on it. HHMMM... with my luck I would be the one who got caught. It never fails. I must have an honest face.

And yep...March is pushing it.

The last time I upgraded our days admission to a SO. Cal annual pass on Main Street I was all set to use my Mom's address and the guy said it didn't matter that I could have used the Las Vegas address if I wanted to. We handed over the cash, took the picture and were set for the rest of the year. That was about 4 - 5 years ago though and I haven't tried it since.
A suggestion though , upgrade before you spend the day riding big thunder mountain and such oy what a picture that was on my pass !
