Cheri - The 8:30 time shows up on the Disney Cruise Line site. What does that actually mean? I don't think it means anything right now, because it was assigned that way before the staggered dining changes. We may all be assigned new times when we check in. I've heard it goes 5:45; 6; and 6:15 for First seating and then 8; 8:15; 8:30 for Late seating. My good folks here on this thread: We, the 10/29/05 cruisers, are the guinea pigs.

Re: the guy who died.

We were on the Regal Princess - 5 people died on that cruise. It's tough to hang (no pun intended) with the over 80 crowd.

I"m sooo looking forward to being back on Disney.

Luckey - with what I just said above, you're probably now thinking - no way my kid is hanging with that chick's kid. I was just kidding. We're pretty normal - as Californians can be anyway.

Hopefully, our kids will be able to hang out together in the lab. My 9 yr. old LOVES to dance. Maybe a common interest there??? Whatever table you're assigned to will be the table you get the entire week for dinner and special breakfasts (character breakfast and the last breakfast on the last day of the cruise). You can always link up with another family here if you don't want your own table. Just an idea. You just link up your DCL ressie # with the other family's ressie # - *BAM* it's done! Course, you'll be stuck with that family the ENTIRE week.

That is so true about the Californians thing. I have a co-worker that has this Californian superioriety complex. We told him to move back because we don't need him here. His people need him. No worries though. He is from that other country within the country of California called Pleasanton.
