**October 28 2009, 180 Day Reservation Thread**

I tried to pull up my BBB ressies for 2/1 online but I got the error message E02020217100. Anyone know what this means??

Thanks in advance! :)

the E02 error is an odd, unexplained quirk of the booking system. The usual advice is "clear all your cookies". The problem is, many of our cookies contain lots of useful stuff, and we know they aren't part of the problem, since they have nothing to do with WDW.

If you are using Firefox or Safari, you can open the options panel in your browser and search for all cookies that include "disney", and delete all those. That solved my problem a couple weeks back. (There may be a similar way to do it with IE - I don't know, may depend on the version.) This will also delete a couple cookies that might be useful, but it should be a minor issue, depending on what disney sites have info stored on your system.

Others have suggested clearing one's cache - that is pretty harmless, so go ahead and do that if you wish, if getting rid of the disney cookies doesn't solve your problem.

As a test, try opening up a browser that you rarely use, if you have one, and try reaching the page from that one. There's a good chance it will work - not because that browser is better, but just because it hasn't had the offending muck stored in your cookies and/or cache.

I got through yesterday morning and got all of the ressie's I wanted but at very odd times. Today, I went online and I got prime time dinner and breakfast slots for 2/11-2/15. I even got a 6:30 at CRT on Valentine's day!! If you had trouble yesterday, I highly recommend checking online to see if you can make changes to your ressie's or getting ressie's you couldn't get yesterday. Best of luck!!

I keep trying and since the ADR system opened for the 180 days, there has been no availability at California Grill on March 19 for dinner for a party of any size. Do they ever book the entire restaurant for a private party? Can anyone else get any ADR at all at CG on March 19?

I agree, I spent most of yesterday moving reservations, making news ones, cancelling the ones I no longer needed. I found times better than I booked when I called. I modified my January ADRs, March ADRs, and April/May ADRs. I was busy! I'll take a fresh look today to see what might not work.

I have good news and bad news...

The good news is, you're not crazy! The bad news is, I just checked online for parties of 2 and 4 for 12pm, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8pm...and nothing up. There was 7pm on both the 18th and 20th (7pm was the time I tested on the other days and with date range), just nothing at on all that Friday.

Strange, and I'm leading myself to believe that it's a bug in the system. I would try calling to see what they say, and then keep checking often to see if something opens up.

For reference, there is still some later availability at Le Cellier (4:30 and 8:30, so not ideal, but still openings) as well as both 8:05 and 9:05 am at CRT on that day. I know you're not interested in those, it's for comparison reasons. So, either CG is now more difficult to get than those two... or there's something up with that day (such as it not getting loaded or something happening on the back end data).

Well 4th call is the charm. Yesterday morning, Oct 28th at 9:00am, I called in for our girls groups' CRT ressie and she basically told me it was wide open for the week we were coming down. ( Guess it had just been loaded ). I got our girls an ADR for 11 people ( yes, we are a group of 25 total, 11 girls ) on March 2nd.

I unfortunately need to call 50's Prime Time and San Angel Inn DIRECTLY for a group that big. But we're booked for Biergarten, Crystal Palace and Tusker House.

Must be nice for my family to have a built-in Disney-obsessed "travel agent" :D :surfweb:

This would be great IF it actually worked!

Ive been trying from the 27th and I cannot get past the first reservation page. I hit the calendar icon but it does not bring anything up, and if I do it manually when I hit the 'check availability' button it tries to send me a small file my computer does not recognize.

Calls to Disney tech support are useless, all you get it that they are making upgrades but no effort to find the problem.

Ive NEVER been able to get to the system since they opened it on the 27th.

anyone else still singing those on-hold songs in your head???

clang clang clang with the trolley... :scared1: Ahhhhhh!

At least today they feel more magical than annoying

I finally got that freakin' "clang clang" out of my head. Thanks for impaling it back on my brain.

Ive tried everything but I cannot get the online booking to work. I tried with IE, Safari, Opera, and Firefox. Nothing.

Disney tech support is useless. THey wont tell me if they are even up and running.

After getting up at 2am (cst) and then at 5am for online ressie just for the system to down on Oct.27 and on the phone trying to get ressie for over 1 and 1/2 hours I did get the restaurants I want just didn't get CRT for lunch on the date I really wanted. I called back today and within less than 15 min got the exact time and date I really wanted.:lmao: And I lost all that sleep.:rotfl2:

Without getting blasted for being off topic, I just want to say that I'm so jealous of those using the 180 day on-line ADR system! ;)
Making ADR's for our June 09 trip was a nightmare! The window was 90 days, and phoning was the only option.
I guess we'll just have to plan another trip so I can try out the new system!

Thanks! I have an ADR for the 18th but I really want the 19th as that is my birthday and I always do CG on my birthday. I'll just have to keep checking.

It is working but it is totally that you have to clear your cache or cookies or whatever. When you have your internet browser up click on tools and then click on delete browsing history and then click on internet files, cookies and history and delete that stuff....it may take a couple of minutes. Then go back into the disneyworld site and try again....I bet it works.

Used the on-line system to book all my ADRs and it worked just great (I guess I was lucky)

However when I go back into the 'My Dining Reservations', the system can't retrieve my reservations using the confirmation numbers that I was given

I called to check that all of my reservations were in the system and when I gave the CM my numbers everything was in the system and correct

Is there any reason why I can't retrieve the bookings on-line? I made other dining reservations over the phone and I can retrieve these bookings via the on-line system just fine. The CM thought it was because I am staying off property but that doesn't seem to make sense as why do the ones I booked on the phone show up?

I am delighted I got everything I wanted but I was just curious if anyone could answer? :thumbsup2

Are you sure you are entering your phone number in correctly? I had trouble getting mine unless I had the phone numer entered in exactly the way they wanted (I forget now... think it was area code-xxx-xxxx instead of parentheses around the area code)

I can pull up the ressies I made online but can't pull up the ones done on the phone. I called and they say thet have them but I'd feel better if I could see them and print them. Will the mail them with my final paperwork or print them when I check in?

Great answer - just tried again adding the hyphon and it worked perfectly
thanks sooooo much

I FINALLY got a person that knows what they are doing on the phone at Disney tech support.

It was the browser causing all the problems, they cannot get the system to work on IE8. I used IE7 and it worked!

The other web browsers still dont work though.

That's strange. I would be concerned too although I'm sure it's nothing. I was able to pull up online my ressie's that I made on the phone . I wanted to make sure that I had written confirmation on my ressie's because I made them on the 27th. Hope everything works out ok.
