Me too! This is my first experience with Disney and I am about to cry. I really want to get some ADR's. It doesn't help I have a little one that is sick today so I was up all night, and I actually thought that it would be a good thing...I would be up and ready to do the ADR's...Boo Hoo!

Just got off the phone for those still trying, system was up, it wasn't running slow (maybe slower than normal) the whole call took about 10 minutes after the wait and I got everything needed. Good luck and lots of pixie dust your way!!

Not sure if anyone else had luck like I did but at around 9:30am, I was able to access the online reservations. Was able snag pretty much everything I was looking for before the system went down again:

4/22 - Chef Mickey's (D)
4/23 - LTT (D)
4/24 - Le Cellier (L) <-- this one was done with a CM on the phone this morning
4/25 - Garden Grill (D)
4/26 - Crystal Palace (B)
4/27 - Donald's Safari Breakfast
4/28 - Cape May Cafe (B), Chefs de France (L)

This is killing me. im running out of time. i have a dentist apointment in alittle over an hour. Everytime it rings i get excited then it says "all lines are busy please try again later. ahhhh!! i need some pixie dust

I tried to go online at 6AM - the system was down
Started the phone tries at 7 AM - got through to Tom, a great WDW Dining CM, at 10 AM, on 10/27/09.

Tom, the CM, did his best to get us our ADR's.

Cindy's was totally sold out for Breakfast Easter week

I wish we could have had an 8 PM dinner at Tony's and a breakfast at Crystal Palace, but we did OK with our ADR's for Easter week (3/31/10 to 4/10/10).

Below is what we got:
Crystal Palace lunch

Coral Reef dinner

Cape May Buffet breakfast

‘Ohana breakfast

Liberty Tree Tavern lunch

1900 Park Fare breakast

Garden Grill dinner

Tusker House breakast

Chef Mickey’s dinner

Okay, success! After hours of dialing in and nearly 40 minutes on the phone, I was able to get everything I wanted within a half hour of the times I wanted.

2/6 - Cape May Cafe 6:10 pm
2/7 - CA Grill 7 pm
2/8 - Rose & Crown 12 pm
2/8 - Tutto Italia - 6:25 pm

Good luck everyone! The CM told me they have over 200 calls on hold, but that the IT department set up 'back up links' since their system is down. Those links are working, but verrry slowly, and that resort and tour booking departments are stepping in to help the dining department do some booking.

Been trying for hours and finally got through 5 mins ago (went in via member services) but the system is down again, no matter what the CM put into the system it waited for ages then reported no availability...

Finally got through!!! I was on hold for 25 minutes and then talked to the best CM ever!! I got everything I needed and it only took me about five minutes (did not need that many).....

I must have dialed that dining number over 200 times . Dont give up and good luck to everyone

was able to complete remaining ADR's through DVC MS. System was moving slow but much better than Disney Dining. Just made them now at 11:40 EST.

Oh hold about 10-15 minutes and then took about 5-10 minutes to make ADR's.

I'm on hold with DVC MS for 10 minutes now. I have been trying since 6am, to get thru anyway I can - online, regular ADR line, and DVC MS. This is sooooo frustrating. I need some pixie dust over here!
