is anyone else getting the phone to ring and then you get a message telling you to dial a 1 and then the area code and number? i am dialing the , area code & number...everytime I get a ringing signal. I think YES this is it only to get that message!!!!!!!!

Posting it results in a lot of people calling the number who aren't allowed to. They get nothing out of it (the agents will not help them nor transfer them), and yet we members still have to pay for their call.

OK, I finally got mine done. I got throgh about 6:45 central, was on hold 25 minutes. Got exactly what I wanted:

Boma, March 15th 10am
Tutto Italia, March 17th 1pm

I also made ADRs for a friend.

Tusker House, March 23rd 8am
Rose & Crown, March 24th 7:50pm

Now, if I could just find some affordable airline flights...

1 hour and 16 minutes and I am FINALLY THROUGH!!!! I almost hung up. BE CAREFUL!

Me too! I had been getting a couple of calls with just dead air and the call where I got through started with that. Thank god for the pixie dust sound

Trying on a landline and can only get through just to get a busy signal about half the time.

I've been trying for over 1 hour and a half and am waiting on line right now! Don't give up!

I have been on hold for 1 hour and 25 minutes. This is crazy!!!!!! Booking for April school vacation.

i would have given up if it wasn't for your kind words!

I finally got through, no wait time, but the CM I got had her computer crash, so she transferred me to someone who had a working computer. Then when she transferred me I got cut off! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I got up at 6am and struggled on line until around 6.30... t which time it was pretty obvious that it wasn't happening. I made my cup of tea and got all set up. At 6.55am I started calling and calling and calling. Somehow I got though and managed to talk to a person just after 7am.

I called at 7am on the dot, and got through, was told the wait time would be under 6 minutes...that turned into 25 minutes, and I hung up to take my daughter to school. Came home and called again, was told the wait time was 30+ minutes, and I only waited about 20 and booked all of my reservations!!! YAY!

8:32 est and I finally got through! (as in put on hold, lol, but that's better than nothing)
wow, an hour and a half of redialing. Definitely listen for the pixie dust and don't hang up! what a great sound!

been trying for 1.5 hours and nothing.

Stayed up until 3 am, the system wasn't ready... went to bed got up at 5:50 got in, got my reservations connected.. system crashed.. called at 7 am, said wait time was 6 minutes, waited 20..

was able to get 11 of my 12 ADR The castle fairy tale lunch wasn't in the system.. So I will have to work on that today..

Overall review from a 1st timer: excellent.. David was wonderful!

uggh... Why did Disney change the old system??? I thought it was working just fine!!! Seriously!
