On hold for 30 min finally got through.

Got everything except HDD, didn't have dining plan on my ressies yet, so couldn't book that one. I'll call DVC at 9 to add it and then book HDD. Here is what I got:

I think I'm going to wait until I see more successes the failures posted. I think I'd really have to enjoy wheel-spinning to try to get involved at this point.

Either that or I'll wait for the online system to come back up.

I finally got to talk to someone, but there were no reservations available for CRT for breakfast or lunch from April 3-10... The CM on the phone had a few for dinner that week, but nothing for breakfast or lunch...weird. She said that it was strange that there wasn't anything for that week, but that it might not be working right since they have been having computer issues today. She also said that they did have the calendars available to them to look at for April...now it would be nice if those were loaded online for the rest of us to look at too!

Got through to be put on hold at 6:45 central, then got a CM at 7:13 central. Very sweet lady. Got everything I wanted (just 3 ressies) for around the times I wanted give or take 20 minutes for each. Called by cell phone.

EXCELLENT point!! It's not the CMs fault that we can't get through. If it was up to them, I'm sure it would have been set up differently! They don't want to deal with the hassle either, I'm sure. They deserve a glass of wine as soon as their shifts are over for this mess!!

this is so fustrating Online still says booking engine down (at least that means they are trying to fix the problem from earlier) but I can not get through at all on the phone - dining line is busy every try, and the general reservation line is still giving the recording. I really want to get Le Cellier for my birthday dinner! I'm at work now so I can only try so often. Since I work in software testing, the issues with the website this morning are that much more fustrating to me...
