Well, so far, so good. It's like going from DOS to Windows. And none of the data will automatically go from one to the other. All must be re-entered. We got through our goal units for today rather quickly. Everybody's ready for the big backfill tomorrow, then 0700 Sunday...flip the switch and see it in production. :surfweb:

We had the couples massage on our 2005 cruise (had the REAS). It was ok, but we didn't like the sales pitch at the end. Thanks to the DIS, we knew it was coming. Too many massages? I think not! I might get one of the chair massages. They had a station set-up by the adult pool on our cruise.
Palo: Hoping to do brunch and dinner. Can't recall if each stateroom can book one of each, or just one Palo.
Still trying to decide where to stay the night before the cruise. Currently leaning towards the hotel in MCO airport.

Hey, hockey fans: did you see the missed empty net goal from, I believe, the Dallas game the other night? Its been on ESPN and all the sports news.
Must go, DW is home. Time to cue up the ship's horn on the stereo!

Kimmielee and I are planning on meeting up for the party. You should join us! We don't bite!pirate:

The more the merrier!!! I have the same plans as Paula... get to the room about 11:30 and our towncar is scheduled to pick us up at 8:45 or 9:00..... is it TIME TO GO YET!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????? :goodvibes

Here's hoping it goes well!!!

A single stateroom can book one each of Brunch, Dinner and Tea, for up to the number of persons in the cabin. Also, if you book on line, the above order is the best method.

Hi folks! Please add 2 more to the roster.

Technically, we're not official yet. BUT, I did just buy the airfare and am in the process of booking our cruise. It's a sure thing, just a matter of time. We're also in the process of selling/buying a home this week so it's been a bit hectic.

We are SOOO excited about this cruise. We'll be celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary :lovestruc the day the Magic is scheduled to be in Castaway Cay! How perfect is that?!?

So, it's just DH and I who will be 29 and 28 respectively at the time. We've never been on an eastern so open to suggestions there.

I LOVE the idea of the t-shirt (DH will grow to love the idea. He thought I was nuts talking about the DIS folks before our last cruise but thought it was cool to meet everyone because they all were so nice).

I'm totally excited about Halloween too. It's one of my favorite holidays and we never get trick-or-treaters. :worried: Count on me to be ready with some goodies if we do the T&T event. :thumbsup2

Since I'm new I don't want to step on any toes but I would love to help out. Like most people on these boards, I live for the planning. There was talk about setting up a group website to coordinate the information. I would suggest a google pages site or using google spreadsheets if there are lists we need to keep. I have an account and LOVE IT! If you'd like me to set up a collaborative spreadsheet that everyone can access let me know.

YAY! I knew we'd start getting some more folks joining us! Congrats on the 5 year mark!

:lmao: I am thinking this is going to be a fun group.

WE did the rasul on our 4 night cruise..you can read about it in my trip report link in my siggie...if you are a couple it is GREAT fun. I was thinking about doing a whole spa day or half day this trip. Anybody had any experience with the new spa suite thing????

If a bunch of us are going to the party it might be fun to meet up somewhere that night.

I am thinking of staying at WL the night before the party. Wonder what time they would pick us up & get us to port? This last time we didn't get picked up until 12:45.

You are so right! We are a fun bunch and are planning on breakdancing at the sail away party! Right y'all?:dance3:

If I can swing it, we're going to stay at WL also! I've never stayed there before, but we ate at Artist Point and fell in love with the place. The only way we can stay there is if we only do it 2 nights. I'm driving so I'll have my own ride to the port although I'm thinking of following kim's towncar so I don't get lost;)

I think it'd be fun to meet for the party. I also think we should plan on dressing up for the cruise and party! Boy, my pirate-wench outfit will need to be thrown away at the end of the cruise!pirate: Halloween is my favorite "holiday" so I'm all for T and T for the kids and big kids! I don't know which would be better, making a door to door visit or just filling up buckets as we go. Suggestions?

I'm getting so excited! I know we are going to have a rocking time!pirate:

PJ, do we have to be paid in full before we can link dinner ressies? Let me know how far out it has to be done so I can make sure I'm paid. Also, is there anyway to maybe make dinner around 600 or 615? I hate being rushed when we come in from port. If we can't, I'll deal with it. Just thought I'd ask.

I'm still looking for the perfect banana! Although I don't think anyone will ever top Bobby. Maybe we can have Betty! LOL!

There are 3 early seatings, 5:30, 5:45 and 6:00. I did the 6pm this last cruise and we would be in AP for formal, PC for semi-formal and Lumiere's for Pirate night.

The 5:45 would have us in Lumiere's for Formal, AP for semi-formal and PC for pirate night.

We could have a caravan!!

Seriously... if anyone else staying at the WDW resorts isn't driving to the port... I'd be willing to upgrade to a bigger limo/van... etc... and combine? We are staying at the Poly... but perhaps need to switch to WL?

Ok, we did the HUMMERZINE last cruise, with three stops to pick-up, a separate luggage van and 30 minute grocery stop.

We had twenty people and the cost with tip included was $30/person.

Hummerzine (fits 20), 1 way $375 + Luggage Van 1 way $120.00 +Taxes + Tip $60-80 (two drivers) * # of passengers =$??

Baggage services transferred our bags and took us along for the ride, from WL to Poly to meet our hummerzine.

Hi everyone, I have been reading most of the previous pages and am excited to meet this great group.
I am another "Canuck"from the West. (near Calgary)
I have finally decided to book a cruise and go solo. My DH does shows no interest in going on a DC so I have decided I will go anyway. I am 40 yrs old and this will be my first cruise but have been to WDW a few times.
I love the idea of a ladies only Palo brunch, and the t-Shirl idea is great too.
I have requested late dining so I hope I can link up with someone else with late seating.
I am also thinking of flying in early to do the MNSSHP.
Not sure where I will be staying yet, never have stayed on property before.
Well, I look forward to reading more posts and keeping in touch.

( I need to figure out how to get a ticker and a fancy name for my siggy)

We got a great big convoy, goin' to the ship!
We got a great big convoy, for our Disney Trip!
Come on and join our convoy, for our Disney Stay!
Convoy! :moped:

You know you're singing along, don't be afraid. :lmao:

Welcome to all our new Moon Cruisers.
Also interested to know if the cruise needs to be paid in full to link our dining.

Sean & Christine
