truthfully i dont think Mike my Dh should go with the 6 to 4 year olds( he is not the greatest with the little kids)........and even though i dont know the boat lay out at all and we will come in last place..........I guess i need to trade with him

Let's see if I have this correct (for trick or treat for the kids):
-meet at 3 pm in the Atrium
-no costumes
-someone will be there to divide the kids up into the groups...w/ the volunteers going off w/ the kids..they will each have their first clue...
-end is in DIVERSIONS club


Where are the treats/treat bags going to then? How do we get them to you?

Also, where/when are people going to wear their halloween costumes? To a DCL costume party???

I have similar questions. I have just sent my box with my SUPRISE for everyone... the kids Trick or Treat Large bags (to hold all the candy, toys, treat bags, etc... the candy and gifts that I'm including in the Treat or Treat Bag, the journals, etc... It will arrive at AllStar Movies on Wednesday and Noah and I get there on Weds...

So.... I need to have the Trick or Treat Bags ready for the group that has the kids.... because those are needed from the get go.... right?

Then.... the areas that are the "stops" will have the treats, candy, treat bags divided up between them?

OH MY GOSH... the "BOX" has been shipped!!! That means we are down to less than a week!!!

CAN WE GO YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you mean on the ship...no they do not weigh your bags. They have a doggie tht sniffs them adn they do Xray whay you carry on.

1PrincessesMom (Liz) and I (Lynderella) would love to lead Group 6. Thank you to everyone for all your hard work in organizing this fun event for the kids.

I am a little confused about the goodie (T and T goodie bags). The four families traveling together have put together bags for everyone. Is the S. Hunt the T and T, or are they T and T to the staterooms after the scavenger hunt? If it is part of the Hunt, what should we do with our bags?

Sorry to be out of the loop, but really want to contribute.

I thought I should share this thing I found. It’s a luggage scale that works much like a fish scale (a comparison for those of you who fish). It’s $4 at Radio Shack and you can check their website to see if it’s in stock at a store near you. Or you can just stop by our cabin to borrow it…

As someone who has had to repack a suitcase at the check-in area of MCO (thank goodness for that spare duffle bag), I consider it to be a worthy investment.

I also would like those of you who did this to fess up so I won't feel like the one who needs AA. While browsing the Navigators, I checked on the drinks of the day and bar openings/closings. Now, that doesn't mean I'll be a staggering idiot, just a happy cruiser. Check out the ingredients of the Rusty Anchor on the Pirate night menu. I'll take one of those now please!

I am not sure if you guys are doing this, but I saw one in a siggie and thought you might be.

Is there one Moonie sign tht everyone will have on their door. I know when I did the Turkey Day sailing there was one that was a sign and their T-shirt graphic.

I just discovered this website and love it. I have learned so much about WDW. I am going to be on the same cruise. This is my first Disney cruise. My friend is getting married on Castaway Cay. It is so exciting. My mom and my 3 year son is joining me. I am thinking about making signs for all of our rooms in our group. Any ideas out there... Maybe saying Bride and Groom for couple and then Wedding Party for everyone else. What do you think?

I can't believe its only a week away. I mean, I now find myself thinking, "next week...oh my, NEXT WEEK!" We started planning this vacation in March 2006. Usually, we pick our Disney vacation dates 10-12 months out, and do the serious planning about 6-7 months in advance. We switched from 4-nights to 7 over a year ago. Wow.

I finally got my last luggage set at 7:30 this evening We had to pick it up from the terminal also. But at least we did fianlly get it! they had delivered to an entirley wrong address across town, and then hd to go and retrieve it.

But i think i am about 85% done packing if not more than that. I have only used...............the 4 large suitcases and 1 small one for on the ship. And i think i will only need one more small one to pack what is left to pack. so that is only 6 for the ship not too shabby!!!!

And i changed the 2 small cases into one large case for the days previous to the cruise so total of 7 bags plus
2 small carryons!!!!!

My next day off is Monday and hopefully i will have most everything done by then!!!!!

My DD birthday is Tuesday so i have other stuff to do to get ready for that evening!

Im home from work 2 more work days Monday and Wednesday then we leave Friday morning My DGS got moved to Varsety football the game is tomarrow.

TREAT BAGS!!!

I honestly DO NOT have a Grand plan for the treat bags, The best solution I can come up with is to have EVERYONE drop off there goodies and a few of us (volunteers please) can spend some time Sunday or Monday a.m. sorting and putting an EQUAL share of the booty into the large treat bags that Kimmie has provided. The kids will NOT be getting treats at each of the stops as I have not figured out HOW to do this efficiently. They will only be picking up their clues and puzzle pieces. The treasure will be at Diversions (which will be shown on the puzzle when they put the pieces together.We can tag all the bags the night/morning we sort them, if we have to, DH said we can store everything in our room and then maybe we could sort everything on the floor of oceanquest during off hours (our room is right next to it) I am sure we could get permission from a CM. Well those are my suggestions I am open to any others, if not than I purpose everyone stop by my room sometime Saturday after our luggage is delivered and UNLOAD LOL!!
