Hello fellow cruisers....my DW and I will be with ya....staying at Beach Club for 4 nights before the cruise.....
May I make an observation....my wife and I have cruised on both the Magic and the Wonder....a couple more times on the Wonder but this is what I think....they have always offered more theme type nights in the bars on the Magic....and we have taken advantage of these nights....but being on the Wonder...you only have 3 or 4 nights....not enough time to really have the different theme nights.....My wife and I have always thought that people seem to party more on the Magic than the Wonder....anyway....hope I made sense to you guys and looking forward to seeing all fellow cruisers a week from Thursday.....I will be the guy with the smile on my face for 3 days.....

My DD is usure if she wants to participate in the teen "stuff" (as she calls it). She's a bit shy. Anyone else have a teen that has done the teen thing on the Wonder? Were they unsure prior as well? Did they enjoy themselves?

I do not know if my DS 15 will do the clubs either
and as it is a surprise I can't ask him we will just have to wait and see, read somewhere that it is good to get them to the club the first day as this is the time most friendships are made

30 days to go!!!

We are not planning to do to much since it is our first time. We don't want to get overwhelmed. Mainly checkout the shows on the Wonder and relax at Castaway Cay. I would love to rent a Hobie Cat and learn to sail but they may not rent to beginners.

What is everyone else doing?

Sounds like your plans are similar to mine. I really don't want to miss the shows and I can't do too much lengthy walking (shore excursions and the like) because I tore my ACL in my knee about a month ago. But, by golly, I'm goin' on this cruise if all I can do is sit in a deck chair! Might try a Hobie Cat as my DH is a pretty good sailor .

Sorry to hear about your knee. I'm glad that you will still be able to enjoy the cruise. If you see a capsized Hobie Cat at Castaway Cay, then it may be me and my family, if Disney will teach me how to sail it and rent to me

I've been trying to get a sense of how crowded our cruise will be. I know it is not sold out as of yesterday. But I believe all of the Cat 4,5, and 6 staterooms have been sold out. There is still vacancy in Cat 7-12 rooms.

We are only 7 days away!

I'm about 3 hours away from NYC so my weather is a little cooler - but the forecast for next Sun - Tues looks like high 50s to low 60s with a chance of rain on Tuesday. In NYC, you hardly get wet with all the buildings for cover. Enjoy - you'll have a great time!

Are you catching any Broadway shows? Right now Donny Osmond is playing Gaston in Beauty and the Beast - I've heard its great!

When is everyone planning on arriving at Port Canaveral for check-in? I think we will try and get there around 10ish and I know my kids would like to hit the pool right after lunch. Hopefully it will not be too crowded.

I'm not sure when we'll get there. We'll be checking out of the POR that A.M. and we're going to stop by DTD before we head to the port so probably after 11 definitely. Who am I kidding... I'll probably be up at the crack of dawn . I'll be too excited to sleep!

this is the boys first time in NY , not much planned just a bit of site seeing maybe we will get the hop on bus pass ,we are doing the world yacth dinner cruise along with my brother

No plans yet on what time ,we are staying in Pop the night before and then we will get lost and fine the ship and then let the boys in on the Big Surprize Hope i can keep it quite until then
