Wow, you are awesome. Thanks for setting this up, unfortunately we will not be able to make it.
Unless you will be hanging out till 10pm. :rotfl2:

Thanks! I actually will not be able to make the dinner, as I will be on the road all night that night heading out to Port Canaveral. Just helping out with the setting up part. :):cool1:

Hello!! Tricia here!! I am on the FB group!! .....

Welcome :dance3:

Don't forget us over here on the antiquated Disboards. ;)

Feel free to keep us informed or your all's antics and events planned if possible.
At times we feel left out of Facebook, ....well, .... until there is a security breach, or change in privacy settings on Facebook. :rotfl2:
Sorry, could resist. Still valid though, IMO. :lmao:

Don't recall a breach here on the Disboards of personal info, etc. ;) Just an observation and note for others stuck here on the forums. :cool2:

Of course for the sake of full disclosure, it would be disingenuous to imply Disboard posts are anymore secure than Facebook. In fact, posts here are available publicly, to all, immediately on the net, with zero filters/security I admit. Some would naturally expect that's not the case with Facebook. Which is accurate. But ..., history ..., Media ..., :scratchin

Please share your secured info with us public users. ;) :rotfl2: Or not. lol
More accurately, what are we missing over there, in the secure/visual zone? lol

:goodvibes

Well then, I don't feel as bad, due to the organizer can't make it either. ;)

I hope others will fill the venue. :)

:goodvibes

Actualy I am the one who is organizing the meet and greet Monica is helping me. And the restaurant is not that hard to find it is next to the Best Western Oceanfront. She was helping me cause I had a lot going on and was (at the time) getting overwelemed.

Nope, I would not recommend Dunn's for a 4 year old. We just did Blue Hole, which has climbing waterfalls like Dunn's in Falmouth with our 5 year old in November. She had a hard time and really couldn't do it at all. Rocks are slippery, and footing can be tricky. Human chains are formed and while that can help, it can also hinder when we are talking little ones. People do fall. Then there is the annoyance of the vendors up at the top. Jamaica has some beautiful beaches, and there is a Margaritaville right in the protected port area that has (or- well by the time we are there will have) a large pool . :thumbsup2

I was wondering what are worthwhile excursions while we are in Falmouth also my kids are 10 and 7 at time of sailing. I read mixed reviews on everyone. Thinking of just port day and back on the ship. Did you mean Margaritaville will have a large pool?

Well I stand corrected.

Will you be in attendance?

I didn't hear it was hard to locate. Of course that's moot for us, we won't make it, unless you will be there till 10pm? :lmao:
If so, let me know. ;)

Regardless, thank you for your work and dedication in this matter. It's much appreciated by all, even if some are a bit shy to let you know. ;)

Privacy is a thing of the past unless you're completely off grid. :laundy:

Are you a fan of Alex Jones?

Hi Tink! We are considering doing the river safari. I think it sounds like it might be fun and not too long either (3 - 3.5 hrs), giving us some time to explore if we want. My 7 year old actually seems excited about this one!:)

We are excited for our first Disney cruise as a family. Marcus (Me) - 34, My wife Mandy - 29, Our daughter Ella - 3. We are from Hilliard, FL We are in stateroom 8040 and we have early dining

Hi. I am hoping I was successful in adding our door to the door decorating contest.

Looking forward to our Boo-Cruise.

Hi,

Our family is looking forward to our first Disney cruise. We have been passhodlers for years, and lived in Orlando from 2006-2012, so we are no strangers to Disney!

I would love any advice on shore excursions that are appropriate (and fun) for a 10-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy.

Thanks fellow cruisers!

Do any previous cruisers have experience with BYOB of wine for dinner? I understand their is a corkage fee.

Is it worth it?

Thanks,

Laurianne

Hi Tink,

Our kids are very close in age (10 and 6 at time of cruise). I will be keeping an eye on your post to borrow any excursion suggestions.

Thanks,

Laurianne

Hi, I'm Tonya! This will be our first Disney Cruise and we can't wait! Our family is from the Denver area. We will be traveling with my in-laws and younger sister, Robin. Robin has cerebral palsy and is obsessed with Disney; I'm as anxious to witness her excitement as I am to see the kids! :) My husband Guy and I have 2 kids: William (9 at time of sailing) and Olivia will turn 12 on October 29th! So excited to get to know you all and learn all of your great tips!
