We are interested in doing the Altantis pool and water park. My understanding is that the least expensive way to do this is to take a taxi over and rent a room at the Comfort Suites, which will allow us 4 wristbands to access this area at Atlantis.

We are a party of 2 and are traveling with some friends (family of 4). Is there any other party of 2 taking this cruise that is planning to do this excursion and might be interested in splitting a room at the Comfort Suites to save each of us some $$$? If so, let me know.

I am getting very excited for our cruise. Only 3 more months. :cheer2: (I would be more excited if I could lose 10 pounds before then...LOL. :sad1:)

Stateroom #: 2111

Hi everyone I ordered our fish exterder last night off of ebay it was not even 9 dollars cheap huh. At first I didn't know what in the world a fish extender was or used for but my cousin who LOVES LOVES LOVES disney explained so instead of putting it off till last minute I just bought it.

This our first Disney cruise but not our first cruise we have cruise on Carnival 4 other times and we have a December Carnival cruise booked for this year as well as our Disney cruise. It is getting closer and were starting to get excided. Along with myself it will be my husband and two kids Lil. James 10 and Dessia 7. Were doing it in the middle of all of our Birthdays instead of 4 parties were doing one DISNEY CRUISE...

CAN'T WAIT!!!!!:yay::yay::::yay::yay:

O.k everyone it's getting close to that time for our trip to be paid off. I believe Aug. 10 is our 75 day mark.

Have a great weekend

Good luck to everyone booking at the 75 day mark! I hope that you guys are able to book the reservations and excursions that you want :).

We booked Palo brunch, dinner, the spa, and Flounder's Reef. I really like the new system the website is using.

See you all soon!

Just checking in to say hi!

I will be making the final payment on our cruise next week! We're all getting very excited and are going into cruise crunch time on the planning! I've been a busy bee researching all the details and getting everyone's clothes planned out & bought...I have an addiction to boutique custom clothes so I spend hours searching for the *perfect* outfits for my kids, It's one of my fave parts of cruising, lol!:lovestruc

I dont think we will be booking any ressies for Palo and we're skipping excursions. Our last (Carnival) cruise we went on an excursion all 3 days in port and it was too much, we just want to take this one a bit slower and enjoy every moment, so no excursions for us!

Is anyone doign a pre-trip report? I've been reading recent trip reports from those who sailed on the Wonder, love those:)!

Hey guys!! I updated the list on page 5 for the fish extender list for those who have given me cabin #'s . If you can please look at the list and if you don't see your cabin #, please either add a post here, or PM me with it and I'll add it. We still have losts of participants without cabin #'s.

Hope all is well and can't wait for our cruise!!
HalloWonderer's RULE!!

O.K new cruiser's tonight is our night. It's the 75 day mark. Don't forget to do your bookings. good luck everyone.

Whoohooo! I made our final payments yesterday!!! Its getting so close!:cool1:

I have a GTY cabin so as soon as I have a room # confirmed I will post! But I hear that can be as little as 30 days before our sailing.

Hello, I hope you'll also welcome someone from (not english-speaking) Europe here on the boards.

We're two couples in the late 30s / early 40s. Originally, we’ve planned to spend just two weeks at Walt Disney World, but during the booking process we decided (spontaneously) to add a Disney cruise.

So it’s our first Disney cruise (but our 6th cruise at all) and we have no ideas at all (especially how Disney compares to other cruise lines). I hope we’re allowed to ask some questions from time to time :-)

I also hope that my English is not too hard to read (I’m so sorry, but I’m no native English speaker, as you may guess).

Greetings from good old Europe

Welcome! :grouphug:

Welcome Hektor. We are a very friendly bunch around here, so we of course will try and answer any questions you may have. I've cruised Carnival, NCL and Disney and Disney is my favorite of the 3. I'm sure you guys will have a great time! What part of Germany are you from? I visited a few times when I was younger, and my DH lived there as a kid also.

Hope all is well with everyone!

Hi, I am new to cruising, and new to the DIS boards! I'm glad I found this thread; I have really been hoping my kids would find friends on this cruise. It is our first cruise EVER, and we are bringing the whole fam damily - there are 12 of us! Me, DH, DMIL, and 9 kids - DS18, DD17, DS14, DD13, DD10, DD7, DS5, DD2, & DD3mo. (yes, we are certifiable)

I am going to try and cram a bunch of reading in to learn about this FE thing, but I at least wanted to get us listed here. We are in cabins 2616, 2618, & 2620.

Pleased to meet you!

Welcome to the group!!! We are glad to have you with us ;).

I posted a thread on the Dis Creative Boards to see if they could make something fun for us to use on our doors. I think I might also try to design something and post it here in the next few days.

Here is the thread. Only one design post on it so far...

Welcome aboard Hektor, nice to meet you. Don't worry ask all the questions you want. Your english is just fine.

Hi, we are getting so excited for this cruise!! (eeek!) :yay:

I finally had some time to read up on the fish extenders, and I think we would like to participate. I am already getting ideas of what we could do, but I am wondering if we are going to set some rules...like do we do it every day? Do we do one gift per person, or just per cabin? Will there be a $ limit? Do we divide up cabins into smaller groups, or is the group small enough that we do it for everyone? These are the questions I had after reading on the FE thread...

Also, does anyone have a picture of a FE I could look at? I sort of understand what they are, but seeing picture would help a ton!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to know what plans everyone has made for pre and post cruise. I just got our tickets today for the MNSSHP on the 29th. We are hoping to rent some DVC points to stay at AKL that night. We also may come in early and spend a day or two at the Kennedy Space Center. Any feedback on that is appreciated.

What else is going on?

We will be flying into Orlando on Saturday night, then drive down to Canaveral on Sunday the 25th. After the cruise we will spend a couple of days in Canaveral to take our kids to the Kennedy Space Center. We will be flying back home on the 31st.

We might be interested in participating in the FE and/or trick or treating.

We are definitely interested in the FE and some sort of Trick or Treating for the kids would be fun too!

So here's my next question. Are we planning to do trick-or-treating? I've told the kids that they wouldn't be able to trick-or-treat this year because of how late our flight gets in on the 31st. So they would be really happy if we did trick-or-treating on the cruise! (I'm assuming this is for younger kids? Our teens aren't allowed to trick-or-treat when we're home...) pirate:
