October 25, 2009 4-Night Wonder Roll Call

Ok, so this is it, the suitcases are about to be put in the car, and off we go. The swine flu is going around school, so we pulled the kids out a few days early, and my boss said "See Ya!" The Mrs. is getting a hair cut this morning, and we are ready to leave. We will get to Orlando Tuesday around noon (driving straight through from Chicago), and look for a place to stay for one night. Our rental home may be available a day early, so we will try to get that so we don't have to move in and out of another place. Another option is the resort company my mom works for owns Bonnett Creek near Downtown Disney, and we can get that inexpensively.

And, about the "placking" thing, totally unintentional, but somewhat appropriate. haha

We LOVE Bonnet Creek - inlaws own there so that is where we normally stay. This time we are own our own though (although I did find out last week they have points avail still for us to use) but we are staying on property after the cruise get that experience at least once....have a safe trip!!!!

Jennifer it would have been so nice if it was the cute boy down the street who was my patient but it was always the snotty nose boy next door who smelled like peanut butter all the times. LOL SERIOUSLY

O.K you win. We are 9 hours from Disney and i'm not allowed to sit up front in the passenger seat of the mini van due to me asking the same 2 questions for most of the trip

1. Are we there yet?
2. How much longer?

You know what, though? We used to live in Orlando (my husband and I met while on the Disney College Program) and we never went to the parks! I am kicking myself now that we never took advantage of how often we could have gone, or that we didn't have to pay for airfare to go on the cruises!

We are all doing very well now, thanks! Been giving the kids their vitamins every day, wiping down all door handles, light switches, telephone, etc. to keep germs at bay, and trying (emphasis on trying) to get the kids to sleep at a decent hour so we can all stay healthy!
