Oh, also have to give a shout out to all the chatters the other night! WHOOHOO!!!!

Ben (from Wisconsin who says he's better looking than the other Ben - LOL!!), Sean (PADisneyCouple - soon to be Max's dad), Amy (Mommy2777 - where's my pancakes?! Darnit, another craving!) - was really great to chat with y'all! Ameera was super fussy and took me forever to get back down (and all my book work done!) so I didn't end up back in chat until 1:20 am - and all by my lonesome!! But still was fun! Ben, I hope your niece really thinks over coming on the cruise! It's not just for kids, ya' know!

Fellow cruisers, I'm dying here! Need a Disney fix without the trip! HELP!!! I know TRV channel has the Disney Royal Treatment tonight but I need a fix now!!!! I've been craving WDW so much this week that I even tried to plan a quick weekend trip down but airfare is outrageous!! Driving takes too long...

I guess I could watch my old Samantha specials....but they're so old! I do have my Cruise dvd....yeah, could....hmmm.....

Any other suggestions? Moving to FL is out of the question right now....although it is my dream! We even picked out a house once in Palm Harbor!!!! Hey, it was only an hour from The Mouse!

No we will most likley NOT do any of the parties until my DHs family comes down in Novemeber and then we might do a Christams party?????!!!!!!

But our trip is costing us a bit more than the halloween one would have so we wont even be doing much with his family when they come.

Yes, he has. Christine and a friend went up to Harrisburg to get him. He was one of 7 greys in the van, which arrived around 1pm. I was able to get out of work on time, and got home about 5 minutes (at most) before they arrived. He's toured the yard, and first floor of the house.

Awwwwww - Max looks really sweet!

I am very excited because I was just on the phone to WDW and the guy on the phone said he needed to put my address into Mickey's address book! I couldn't contain myself! I have booked MNSSHP for the 24th and I told the guy on the phone that we were booked on a Disney Cruise and he said that we would have an awesome time and it was so amazing talking to someone with that cute Florida accent again! he also asked me if I had costumes for MNSSHP and I said we might go as pirates since we need those costumes for the cruise, and the guy said that was cheating!

Sean, Max is so adorable and looks so good with you guys!!! Awww! I'm so glad he's finally here and home with you and Christine! Can't wait to hear about his first days with you guys!

Well, I solved my Disney fix. Along with our trip to The World in June (day after the last day of school!), I booked a trip for August! Yes, I couldn't help myself!! With the free dining plan going on, it was a steal!!!! So the looking and planning did it all!!! Also helped that friends called us up to go to dinner/bbq that we hadn't seen in a while! We didn't get home til late and actually did dinner with them again tonight (after being all day at the Mayfest at the National Cathedral in DC - fun but sunburned!!) so late night again. I'm so tired but pleasantly so....

Anyway, we talked Disney planning with them last night and tonight since they're going with us in June! Was so much fun and really got my Disney fix in!!!!

Gonna check the chat room (yeah, right, who's up this late!!) and then head off to la-la land!

Hi everyone,

We are booked for this cruise, We were orginally booked for the Feb 2, 08 cruise but had to switch dates. My husband is in the military and could not go during that time. I was so dissappointed as we had been planning for a year.

We then switched our reservations to this cruise, and then...here we go again there is an inspection during this time and my DH may not be able to go. So I have been patiently waiting and trying not to get my hopes up in case we had to reschedule again.

Well, things are looking better and we should be able to continue with plans to go on this cruise. This will be our first cruise and we have never been to WDW. Thinking of maybe adding a few days after cruise to go but depending on finances may not be able to.

Anyway, We have three children DD (17) DS (15) and DD (13) They chose a cruise over WDW so if we are not able to make it to WDW they should not be too dissappointed.

With this being our first cruise, we are looking forward to the two stops at Castaway Cay (it sounds like heaven) I know I will have lots of questions. Since the itinerary is different that we originally chose, I am wondering about the stops at Cozumel and Costa Maya? Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do at these stops?

I look forward the next few months getting to know all of you and planning our wonderful vacation!

welcome on board our cruise thread! Your kids are similar ages to mine - I have two DDs who are 17 and a DS who is 14 (and another DS who is 19). It is our first cruise too, and I am so excited! happy planning!

HEY!

i miss you guys to day!

i am in a slump........dont know why.........I mean i do leave for our cruise 26 days..........

But i am on the sad side to day...............

In the past 3 days i have seen 2 car accidnets happen right in front of my face. I have to wonder if the man up stairs is trying to tell me something, but what....

The first one, a man about 4 cars in front of me was side swiped by a lady who did not stop at a stop sign, he was on a motorcycle he flew off his bike and his bike landed on top of him, he was abel to move his legs and bend them up to relieve soem pressure off his back, he was asking for a pillow for his head but i didnt think that was a good idea, but soem peope ran out of there houses and got him one anyway......

as soon as the police got there and said i could leave i left, before they ever moved him off the road but i cannot stop thinkign abotu him.

THEN TO DAY

As i am going to work at 5 am just as i turn the last corner to get to work a truck is JUST doing a last spin in the road and crashes hard into a tree,,,,,
i get in the parking lot and find my phone to call 911 but a cop has already arrived........How i dont know maybe soemone else had seen it or he was close in the area......
But it wasnt long until the road in total darkness is completley lit up with siren lights, of all kinds.

OUR bagel shop is literally strait in view of all that is going on...
they cant get the KID out yes a KID, the finally bring in something to open the car up with and from our windows you can tell he is not in good shape they work with him for a while and take him away,

The police tape off the area with yellow tape and wait for CSI to get there..as the kids come in for work,,,,,,,,,at about now 8am they one by one realize it is a friend of theirs truck, they are all upset and i find myself getting up set that they are upset and then we get very busy and they are all upset and cant work,,,,,,

Finally as we slow down the the kids are drawn once again to the site in the road in front of us.........about 3 of their friends from school and what they say is a parent of the kid from the wreck are all in the road, CRYING with police.and i do mean crying...one of the guys was cryign sooooo hard he had to be held up by a police man and the parent a woman, was kneeling down in the middle of the road crying

As the afternoon progresses many fo the local school kids coem in to work and talk abotu twhat information they have..they will be having a vigil to night for the kid form the wreck, he is not expected to live the night out, he is in a comma and his brain is swollen among so many other things........

HE WAS DRINKING AND DRIVING!!!!! DEAR GOD, a 17 YEAR OLD BOY, was at a party, most assume hurrying home so his parents would not realize he was out, many kids that came in said they were at the party.....

I had a long talk once again with my son........
PLEASE I BEG YOU DONT HURRY home DRUNk from a party.....
I would rather have you alive!!!!!!!!
