And, not an April Fool's joke: today is the 14th anniversary of our first date. She asked me, picked the restaurant (Bistro Romano, Phila), and I picked the movie (Naked Gun 33 1/3).

Poor Tori, doesn't understand April Fools....she kept insisting that there was no school today. Almost in tears because I was making her go and she would be the only one in the school by herself! She told me it was because it was raining (the little drizzle that we had this morning?!) and then after twenty minutes and some tissues to dry the tears, I finally got out of her that her teacher told her there wasn't school today before they left yesterday. AHA! I then got to explain to her that April 1st is a day that people prank others but that it also was Grandma's birthday too (65 today!!). I think she finally understood and then was excited to call Grandma to wish her a happy birthday (Hi, Grandma. Happy Birthday. I love you. Bye.....click - that was the whole conversation!!! LOL!! I had to call back to make sure my mom heard it all!!)

So, all was moshy-skoshy and April Fools forgotten after that. Sweet little minds....not knowing the CRUELTIES OTHERS WILL DO!!!

Lynn, beware.....when you least expect it....cruel woman, cruel, cruel woman! I was bummed that I wouldn't get to meet you! Cruel, cruel, cruel...

I am just looking for my dis friends for a little support. I know I have mentioned in the past my DD , Angelina, is a disabled little Angel. The last few days her right leg has swelled HUGE Dr thinks it is cellulitis from a bug bite . She is not responding to the meds and I am freaking out. She is non-verbal and has no way to express what she is feeling . If by the AM it is not much better we will be going to the hospital. It is always something. Thanks for listening......................

...I'm seriously considering a private ruins tour in Costa Maya, would anyone else be interested? We are a family of four, two girls (10 and almost 7) at cruise time. We are non-smokers, easy going, people seem to think we're pretty good company and we LOVE a cocktail or two at the end of the day!

I have put Angelina in my prayers, I hope she gets better REAL soon. I know how much it hurts when one of your loved ones are sick or hurting, so i am putting you in my prayers as well.

Not kidding. I am real excited though I will be sad to miss the cruise. I am hoping to get the job in Lakeland. I really want 12 hour shifts. I am very nervous about the interview. I have not done an interview in 14 years. I keep trying to think of the questions they will ask, Strong areas, weak areas etc.
I am going to miss meeting everyone. Darn. Maybe we can go next year.

came home from work sick to day.

I dotn think i have ever left work sick. I have only called off work maybe 2 times in the past 4-5 years but i just feel like crap to day and knew i could not do a 10 hour shift so i called my boss at 6 and he came in and covered for me.

Which means i may have to wrok on friday if i am bettr which is usually my day off but what ever.

I'm all pumped up again about the cruise since my parents stopped by to chat about it. They are super excited!

We will be in WDW for 3 days before the cruise and may do MNSSHP. Is there a special MNSSHP that most on here are going to?

I am the planner and my parents were asking me questions and well I haven't been planning! I need to get into planning mode ASAP.

So far we have our outgoing flight, ressies at Boardwalk, and the cruise and thats it.

My family definetly wants to do the Mayan Ruins. I am trying to figure how that will be with a almost 7 year old, 5 year old and more importanly the almost 3 year old!

Has anyone gone on the tour with child as young as 2. I did a tour in Cancun once before kids and I remember the long bus ride and heat and I just imagine it would be a nightmare but its something my DH and I really want to do. I also think my oldest will love it once she gets there.
