my Dh is in the relciner.

we chose NOT to celebrate V day.

I hate to give him gifts...........i men what am i going to get him???

So he gave me my gifts early.
Couple days ago i got a HOBO bag from the disney store with mickeys on it!
And the purse he got me a couple weeks ago he got me a matching over night bag to match.

So that was Our valentine!!!

I did make dinner.......... and it didnt even snow here in FLORIDA!

I NEVER cook!

but i put a pot roast in the slow cooker this morning with potatoes and gravy it was preety good i am actually licking the gravy off the plate right now.

I went and taught clinicals tonight and three of my students didn't show up.

Was supposed to cook, but opted out last minute and got DH to pick up pizza on way home from DS9's hockey. Today is my birthday as well, and refuse to cook!

Tried the chat, but late getting on tonight, so guess I missed everyone. Is there a way to save the chats and access them later? I know from the last few times that I was able to chat, we looked at all kinds of cruise details. Anyone who participated tonight able to let us know any details from chat tonight?

We decided to wait and celebrate valentines tomorrow. DD had gymnastics and ds has his hem/onc clinic visit and scans in the morning so I'm too anxious to really relax. Planning our FE has been a wonderful distraction for me today. I'm not great with a sewing machine but at least I can sew a straight line and follow directions. We'll see how it turns out.

If anyone has caught the news today~~I live right by where the Northern Illinois University shooting happened. (about 10 minutes) One of my employees just left campus to come to work prior to the shooting. My neighbor transported the injured to the hospital (he is an EMT). All the area fire departments sent their ambulances.

I am in shock. I live in a rural, quiet area.
My prayers are with the families and students.
I hope all is well with your families as well.
