Children will NOT dress up for Monday's HOTHS Trick or Treat. The dressing up is for the DCL Halloween festivities on Friday, Oct. 31st!!!

This has been a reminder. There will be a test. Everyone should pass. No studying involved. Rewards to be given.

So cute!

I am getting mine done very similarly... only with a nude or a light light pink color.... My nail tech and I were "testing" different ways to do it when I was there 3 weeks ago! We are going to go with a black paint big black circle (she always does everything freehand ~ you should see the flowers on my nails now!) with two smaller black gemstones for the ears... She is doing my toes the same way! That is Thursday night...

Well, the boxes (all 3 of them) with all my as of yet unassembled FE stuff have been dropped off at the post office. I went with Priority Mail, they said it should be there Thursday or Friday! I can only hope...

Let me know if there are any changes/additions folks (and better do it soon).... I am going to try not to come into work on Thursday and will not have the work laptop at home on Thursday night. It is conceivable (upsetting, but conceivable) that I may not be able to check in after tomorrow!

This is Moush, named because we you pick her up she is just a pile of moush.... She is the sweetest, prettiest little thing...
She was a stray and we got her on Christmas Eve 2006!

This is Oola, we didn't name her... she came with that name... It is short for Oh-La-La.... She was also a stray, a co-worker of Nelson's found her outside their building... she was tiny, pregnant, and freezing... Now she is warm and fat (and fixed) and oh sooo soft....

We are planning on doing this on Saturday. A question - can I check us all in if my DH is returning the car? I was thinking if I had all the passports etc. it would be ok. He would have a DL to get in through security - but if he takes the kids, will they have a problem getting through security?

I believe that is what I did when we went last time. I remember sitting waiting for my DH to come back and I think I just showed his passport with his ticket. He had the easy part, walking through security and finding me.

Alrighty, I gave you 4 hours folks! (I know, I know, everyone is busy)... So I made the decision.

We are doing both! We will meet on the stairs at Deck 4 Forward at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28th... take pictures there, then head on over to the WD theatre (where the picture of walt is) and take our picture there (with nobody in front of Walt so it looks like he is in the picture with us all).

I figure if it is too much for people they can go or not go to the second one (or first for that matter)... it is your vacation, it is up to you!

I am printing up the post cards now... all 100 of them... having to hand feed the printer... can you sense my frustration?

We are The Roses, aka The Pirate and His Wench (PAHW). We were originally on this cruise with our good buddies Suzie and Ed. We had to reschedule our cruise to May of 2010, which explains why I stopped posting on the boards.

Think of us when you are drinking those frosty umbrella'd drinks on CC. The Pirate and I will be wearing our Matching Mattern Mickey shirts and thinking envious thoughts. Instead of sitting in a hammock, we will be sitting on a hard pew watching my mom walk down the aisle. She's 80, (and yes I did ask her if she was pregnant)

Have a wonderful, wonderful time. And remember to post pics and trip reports for the sad sacks like us that had to stay home.

If you need ears for your door let me know... these go on the round room number thingy on your door to make it look like a mm head...

Remember that I am only on the DIS until Wednesday evening... Let's say 6 p.m. to be safe... so if you need me to print and bring you ears... you need to let me know prior to then!

Also, dont forget to bring whatever magnetic backing thing you are going to use to put them up.....

I will have them at the DIS meet, make sure you ask me for them!

They are about 4.75 inches across each. I am told this is the right size for the doors (well I was told 4.5, but I am not editing these again!)....

Also, b/c I had to adjust the size... There are only two (ears) to a page not two pairs of ears...
