OCTOBER 23RD 2005 - 4-Day Wonder - 102305 - 10232005 - 20051023

So the Admiral has another name. Thanks for the pic and update. Looks cloudy over there like it is her outside of Tampa. Actually, it has been raining the last hour. Now that I am in FL, I am even more excited!
See everyone tomorrow.

Safe travels for everyone going to the port. I'm heading off to sleep. See everyone in the morning!!

Hey Admiral Boom! You guys were on the bridge tour with us! And I figured out that you weren't next door to us when I saw a couple with a 1 year old go into 7620.

We had a blast and are planning to take another cruise for our 10th anniversary next year, probably longer and without our daughter. She had a great time. Pics are at photos.samanthawhitworth.com.

Sorry I didn't formally meet anyone. Turned out to be crazier than expected when we boarded and had to get DD and DH down for a nap!

I dropped the door tag off at 3boysmomma on Wednesday night before the 8:30 show.

See ya,

Sam's Mom

Back to reality :( . George I have enjoyed your "Live " posts -of course read them after we arrived home. Your pictures were great-enjoyed them also. My family partied behind you at pirate night. It was great to meet everyone. Hope everyone has wonderful memories! Cathy

Great pictures George. I actually see myself and ny kids in the sail away pics. We were next to the DJ right at the front of the stage(I have on a black shirt with white collar and have my 3 boys with me. I got the Tag twice because evev though I wrote on it I forgot to check my name off! I put it on the last one not checked off which was SPZcurly rm. 2070. Hopefully she will post the pics! Sorry that we didn't get to meet you all It was a great cruise despite the Rocking and Rollong but was very busy with the boys! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Okay, I got the TAG, and thank you for remembering us and adding us to the list. We are so sorry that we did not get to meet you all. I have the pic, and should be posting it soon for you all, please be patient, I am not very camera/computer literate.
I did talk to several cruisers that met you, and all were so happy that the group and discussion forum was formed.

Chris and I had the greatest time, wish it were not so rocky and that castaway cay was more up to par (disney should have compensated somehow)
But we are very happy and should have the photo up soon!

Thanks,
Michelle Vance!!

Hi everyone I can't believe is over, Great pictures George, we actually came out on your pictures on the sail away party we are the family dress the same right in the front.

We are also the silly family that dress as pirates, pirate: I am sure some of you saw us, we felt silly since it look like we were the only ones dress as pirates but we had a blast. :rotfl:

Hey, everyone!

Finally back at work and able to sit down and type for a while. Looks like everyone had a great time (as did we!)...

It was great to meet all of you. I'll be putting my photos up prety soon, also. I'll link it here so you can all see.

Lissi: Our son dressed up for pirate night, even though we didn't. His picture with Pirate Mickey is one of our favorites!

So who's up for a 7 night? If only the prices didn't skyrocket :earseek: !

Guess we might be on RCCL (or some other line) for our next trip... :boat:

We've caught the bug! :rolleyes1

Hi everyone - finally back from the 30th Anniversary Tour. I was happy to meet those I did and wish I could have met those I didn't. Loved the cruise - dh is ready for another one. I did not do well on Monday:sad2: - at sea day. I spend most of the day catching up on my sleep - my equilibrium(sp) was completely gone :faint: . Could not sit or stand up very well. Didn't feel sick, just very dizzy. But I could eat while laying in bed. :goodvibes Dining room host - Raphael from Italy made sure I got my delicious meal delivered to the room. Glad everyone got home safely. Got to go unpack and wash all those dirty clothes.

Henlady :wave2:

my family including a 2,5,9 yr old and myself got hit with some sort of diarrhea, vomitting, headache bugs. We had fun around it, but man I had some late nights up with the kids and we stayed in the room alot. Just wondering if we have something more than a stomach bug or something we ate.

A week later, it is still going around the house. Ugh!

Table,

Sounds horrible. :earseek: Thankfully, nobody in our house is sick...

I think we were all staggering a little Monday! AJ was in the Mickey pool when Captain John made what we're calling the "hard left turn". Much of the water in the pool sloshed out onto the Starboard side of the deck. The dropoff in the pool where Mickey's head starts was dry. We have videotape!

If nothing else, we can say that we've experienced something not a lot of other people have... :earboy2:

No real sickness between the 4 of us(all adults). DH did develop a cold on Friday, but he could have picked that up anywhere.

You're right Keef - not many can say they sailed thru a hurricane. I think Capt John did a pretty good job with the ship that day.
DH was talking to someone who was on the Carnival ship docked across from us at Nassau and they said they felt like they were on their side most of the time the were walking on ship at a distinct angle and it was pretty scary.

Our pics are posted...

I hope everyone's recovered form their sea legs! I still feel a little weird once in a while when I stand up.

...or maybe it's just that darned high blood pressure! (Thanks, mom!) :rotfl2:

Thanks Admiral - George - Boom - Banks...

It was great to meet you and your wife -- and everyone else too.

You know, now that I've gone through all of the pics I've decided that for some reason we didn't take enough. I can't show everyone the full details of our trip.

Guess we'll have to book another cruise so we can take more. :cool1:

We made it back as well. It took me about a week to get the time to get my dclwonderphotos site up and running to meet your needs!

The cruise was wonderful. Monday afternoon was pretty rocky (13-20 foot seas) but was a good experience. Wonder handled it like a champ!

I met a lady at the Internet Lounge (first computer) that was checking the DISBoards! If you are still on this board, please write to me. I am Fantasmiclush.

Please check out my site to see what i've prepared for everyone!
