Hi all! Thanks for the invite over here, ladies! I have to make this quick since I have to get the kids off to school.....I'll join the thread later today.

We are so excited to cruise...me, DH, DD13, DS11, DS7. Of course the kids don't know anything yet. They think we are going in 08.

Here is mine. I can't believe it was on Page 2. Guess I still went in January '07. Better cancel that 10/25/07 3-nighter.

As for the weather, it will be very hard for this cruise to beat January. It was sunny everyday, mid-80's, and the seas, after we got around FL, were like glass. I bet we get rain at least 1 day this trip.

Hi everyone.

We just switched our Jan '07 Eastern to this Western cruise. We have been on 2 Easterns, besides a 3 nighter, already and wanted to try the Western.

We actually have the 10/20/07 Western booked along with the 10/25/07 3-nighter. It will all depend if DW is able to get off of work for the whole week or not for us to decide which we'll reschedule (both were rebookings on board, so we'll just move one out a little bit). DS (7 at the time of sailing) will already be off 2 days that week for teachers' convention here in WI, so we don't mind pulling him the extra 3 days. Better than the 6 or 7 days we pull him in January (we go down 2 days early that time of year).

I'm hoping DW gets off because I think the weather, at least temperature wise, will be better on a Western in Oct than in Jan. Plus, I'd rather go for the 7 nights than 3.

O.K. is anyone else looking back at the last year and a half and feeling like you did when you left high school?

My first was 4/14/06, so as of Sunday, I will have been on here 18 months. I started only 6 weeks after the thread started. I will finally get my life back. (until the next cruise thread)

Mike and I are so excited to hear you're joining us. We had such a great time last year. We were hoping to do it again.

I take it Di knows now. We didn't want to reply to your e-mail until after Christmas. Didn't want to ruin the surprise.

so is next week.... he'll be sleeping off his jet lag... then there's our cruise week.
