Good morning everyone!

Just getting caught up from yesterday.

Mike and Robin - the FO hat is perfect! :thumbsup2

Thanks to everyone who liked the door signs. I didn't post them all, so everyone will have to stop by and see the rest!

Jen I liked your door signs. Walt and I are using our ones from our last cruise.

I can't believe it! You guys cost me $300! I looked at that camera and really liked it. Ordered it on newegg.com and got the camera, card, case and card reader with express shipping for $312.00. I'm all over that! Got mine in blue.

cool...From what I see you are gonna like it. Still hard to believe that it can go under water. Take a look at buying a floating wrist strap for it. I found mine on ebay.

What is your camcorder case made of that you referrred to?

Cass, great start to your report. Have a great Thanksgiving and a wonderful WDW trip.

To our east coaster and northeners, try and have a great day in that heat. Fall has finally hit the west coast so hopefully some cooler weather is on its way.

Well off to Costco to stock up for the next couple of weeks. Congrats ahead of time to whoever gets the 35000 mark.

I made it myself. It's an acrylic canister with a cement float attached to it works well. Stayed dry almost a week at 12 ft depth with a pool sweep hitting it!

Hmmm, perhaps.
We had wondered too if it had gone bad somehow.

Guess I'll have to try it again sometime...............

when someone else is buying it;)

We sell 187ml bottles of it at our store--if I can remember maybe I'll bring a couple along and we can try it together!

Oh Brenda, you're singing my song now. This is a fav of mine, but quite pricey on the ship. Any idea where we could buy a bottle in Orlando/Kissimmee, outside of WDW?

Rosa Regale is quite yummy--we sell it in 750ml and 375ml. How much do they charge on the boat? Being in this business has spoiled me--I never want to pay restaurant prices since I know what the cost of the bottle really is and they are ripping us off!!

Heather said it was $45 on board the ship - that's more than a 100% mark-up from what I pay here in St. Louis ($20 for 750ml).

Crazy!!!! :scared1:

Yeah, that makes me crazy!! That is one of the few wines my DH and I can agree on. I usually order a cocktail when we go out, because if I get wine I am always thinking in my head what I could buy it for at the store with my employee discount and then it is hard to rationalize!

LOL, my back got sore so Rob and I watched CSI and Grey's. I have two more tag gifts to do. Rob is with Kira now so after I catch up I will go finish them :thumbsup2

Can't wait to see Ellis' gap!!! Yeah, I don't know where I got "toofer" from :confused3 But my sister and I say it all the time :rolleyes1 Thanks for the homage :lmao:

Thanks! But it's a little early. My birthday is in March :rolleyes1 :lmao:

Happy Birthday Carrie!!!!!!!!!!!!:woohoo: :cool1: :bday: party:

Liz & Dave, Congrats!!!!! :bride: :groom:

Jen, great job on the door signs!! I can't wait to take a tour and see everyone's door signs!! :cool1: You will be seeing one you designed at our door--I just printed it out and it looks awesome. Thanks again!! I really appreciate it!!!

Mike & Robin, when I see you, brace yourselves cus you both are getting hugs whether you want one or not :rotfl:

Jeff, If I remember correctly the new thing onboard is that you pay for your minutes (no more unlimited usage) and you get to use both your computer AND the ship's computers. However, I know you can't upload anything to their computer so Cheryl, you won't be able to use your flash drive I don't think. I'm pretty sure though that you can print stuff off. There is at least one printer at the internet cafe but they charge you $ for each sheet.

:wizard:

More good news, Cubs are out of the Playoffs.

Now we just need the Yankees out. :thumbsup2

Then it doesn't matter to me who gets to the WS.

DH Curt here. My first post, it may be true the Cubs performed dismally, but not as dismally as your Brewers. :confused3 Go Packers!!!! :thumbsup2

Cass, that's the problem with mobility, with it comes freedom and they want to explore. (the cuddlies come back later.) Did you buy her a seat on the plane? My son at one did well on a plane on the way to the east coast but back home did not so good. He was wide awake for a night flight and the guy in front of him leaned the chair back. (The guy was assigned an aisle seat and moved when he found a window availiable. I'll bet he was sorry that he did that!) Stuart for some reason was mad about the chair being so close and began kicking it. I tried to keep him from doing it, but the boy started to scream. I decided that since the man in front of him was not in his assigned seat, he could just put up with the kicking. It was a long flight home!

Yes, we got a seat for her and hopefully she will be in her car seat for most of the trip. We have a stop over in Chicago so I will let her run around there as much as I can. I am hoping she will sleep a little as we have two flights which are about 3.5 hours each. :guilty:

Thanks everyone for peeking at my trippie and posting. I can't wait to get this trip started :woohoo:

Hi all:

Quick questions- Is the receipt of the cruise docs more of a symbolic event. The reason I ask is because I did my online check-in and Kids club check-in and so forth. So my cruise docs I got in the mail were basically the luggage tags and my Ground transfers. Did I miss something big?

Oh BTW Only12 more DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cheer2: :cheer2:

I felt the same way--what's the big deal? Except that now we know we are really close!

Hi Curt :wave2: Nice to see you joining us here!! See you onboard, not long now :woohoo:

What a bummer--less than 50 posts away from 35K and I have to leave. Taking the kids to see a children's play at our local theatre. Good luck to all (but mostly to Team WI!) Just joking. ;)

Did you get a new card for it? Office Max was having a big sale on them. Dont remember what the price was but it was like 20.00 for a 1 gb and 35.00 for the 2 gb. Gotta check the paper today and see if there are any better sales at the tech stores.

Mark

I already had a new card because our camcorder uses the same one. I did buy a little case for it though.

Hi don't mean to butt in here ...we usually just read these.....We love the rainforest and we get the full pass everytime ...It's a relaxing place to just hangout and we find it to be very rejuvinating...just our opinion,we know some don't really care for it but we love it. We would recommend trying it early in the cruise ....the way we do it we just spend about 15 or 20 minutes in there maybe 1 or 2 times a day and it really helps out after a night of too much alcohol helps to sweat it out and get ya feelin better and ready for more ...lol

Tim/Nanette, please don't ever think you are butting in here. You are just as much of a Konked Kruiser as anyone else here. Please join in anytime!!:)
